Unit was constantly filled with random garbage that was swept under the door. There were also rodents repeatedly defecating in my unit. I complained several times and nothing was ever done.

The general manager Chris Munoz has a nasty attitude he is very disrespectful. He is not good for the front office. would never use this location again all because of Chris Munoz.

After being an hour late with a window of 11-3, our driver arrived an hour late with 1 of my 2 boxs. I had my movers there waiting which I got through UHAUL and the driver had to go and get the other UBOX which took 2 hrs! My movers time expired and they left by the time the next box arrived. I was livid. The driver also drove over my flowers which I warned him of and it happened any way. Your customer service is unknowledgeable and will I never use your company again and I will never recommend you.

I was concerned how hard it would be to load an inside unit .... and it turned out to be easy. My truck was parked inside and I had multiple carts to load and push back to my unit. Great experience.

Was not happy finding mouse droppings in my unit when there was a rodent trap In unit. Saw cockroaches inside hallway while moving out. Think I should have gotten credit back for moving out early.

There was mouse poop sll over my daughters drawer and all her cubes were ripped and chewed on. 3 other boxes had mouse poop as well. I had to throw away a large amount of my things!

After THEIR mistake entering which unit I was in, they locked me out of my unit. They then made me wait 24 HOURS TO KNOW IF MY THINGS WERE EVEN STILL THERE AND DELYED MY MOVE & LOST MY HELPERS! CRUEL!

My items were removed from the storage space and sold at auction violating the settlment form I signed with them. I did not receive 24hrs to gather my items. My mothers items have been lost foorever.

The absurdly loud alarms for the garage door and on the individual units is totally over the top and painful. That should be addressed and lessened to not damage people's hearing.

Ms. Felicia the store manager went Above and Beyond to provide me with Excellent customer service. She made sure I got what I needed and personally expedited everything. I have never experienced Excellent service like this one provided by Ms. Felicia and one of her employees as well!! I am very satisfied. Thank you!

I dropped the truck on time and placed the key in a drop box and apparently nobody has access to the Dropbox except the manager who was on vaca for a week...so I had to wait a week to close out and then argue with them about when the truck was dropped ..even after speaking with them on a daily basis...crazy

Initially I had a bad experience with the request and delivery of my boxes. It took 3 days to schedule and I did not receive my boxes until 9/15/2017 although I requested them to be delivered 9/12/2017. I was charged an extra storage charge for one of my boxes that required storage even though it was already paid. Chris Munoz was awesome resolving this issue for me and handled everything professionally. I wish the rest of the UHaul Staff was as helpful to me. Leo at the same location was excellent renting me a storage unit and answering my questions. THANK YOU. I would suggest you automate the UBox Service to allow customers to make requests and confirm scheduling. Your current method is very inefficient however, this has the potential to be a great service.

Very rude people who don't care about the customer at all. Spent over 20 minutes ringing the buzzer and calling just trying to get inside. They then sent me to another location to get my car hooked up even though they promised I could do it there. Ended up attaching it incorrectly. Poor communication, extremely disorganized and unprofessional.
