I reserved a 20' truck 3 weeks in advance. Yet your system booked me a 17' truck. i reserved online to save time, but had to accept a 17' truck to not waste time going in and waiting in line to argue for the service i reserved. I also had to reserve at a uHaul 13 miles away because other venues would not guarantee me a 20' truck. in the end i had to pay more for gas for nothing.

Donald is the only staff member I’ve encountered who is friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff are rude, condescending and messed up my payment info 2x. lot is a mess, just like the bill system

I would like to be contacted by a manager I booked a trailer and they gave it to someone else when though I had a reservation and was there on time also wouldn't honour my 50$ guarantee... Fuck U-Haul

Everyone I have met at this location has been a pleasure to deal with, even when an extension was required and equipment was tight. I will mention that the crew could use a bit more support from the owner/manager in terms of the yard. The guys were working with rusty, old tools or making do with make-shift solutions. Despite the limitations, they worked hard with a smile.

It will.be great business practice to remain accountable to your clients. I was charged for missing pads which were never present. A call.was placed to customer service who promised a call back from the location and never recieved one. Very misleading.

Windshield wipers did not spray which by end of day made driving dangerous It may have been impossible to guarentee windshield wipers would function due to weather in which case an alternative wind shield cleaning system should have been provided (squeegee and spray bottle?)

Very friendly staff and great service with no waiting around. Plenty of employees to make sure all goes smooth. I have been to other locations with only 1 employee and had to wait quite a while to be served. Not here...great work!!!!

Have proper wiring available for all trailers so staff does not need to scrounge parts off other trailers to try to make things work.

Great service from a UHaul employee at this site to assist with getting my car off the dolly. More than can be said for the UHaul Road Assistance 1-800 number that left me hanging (refer to the call logs for this contract number) ??

Needed roadside assistance to get my towed car on the UHaul dolly jump started. UGaul would only provide third party support at my expense. Insurance for assistance proved to be a waste of money. Would not purchase again.

The agent who did the registration was a bit to much he asked me a question about giving someone and I was trying to understand the question which makes no sense and he abruptly told me to just leave the store ... that was a bit rude and the whole thing turned me off. I had no choice at the time because I was press for time to take the truck. People need to learn the art of diplomacy

A few suggestions: 1. At the bare minimum clean the vehicle mirror and windows. The van I rented had filthy windows and mirrors. It had not been cleaned. I found it difficult to back out of the spot it was in because of this. I immediately went to a gas station to clean the glass and mirrors. 2. why have an express checklout lane when it's never used. I've gone to the effort of filling out all the information and when I get to the store there's a long lineup and I proceed to the express lane I'm told it's not being respected. :^( 3. I've once used the self service i.e. no service checkout. I'll do that from now on. The counter staff is usually overwhelmed at this location but they do a good job and are professional.

although it was rectified, we were originally given a very dirty truck full of ice and dirt. We realized after leaving and being honked at that the back wasn't latched. We had help from some employees at the furniture store to get ice off, but it still wasn't latching. We had to tie it down with string and drive back to Coventry location to get a new truck after I had put 40$ worth of gas in.

When I took the vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas but when returned I filled the gas full tank by mistake and I requested to refund but he didn’t . He asked the receipt n after seeing it he said we don’t . They souls understand us.

Employee needs customer service training. Printer was down and was bitching about it to the other employee while we waited in line. He complained when I pulled out my debit card. He wanted me to use my credit card instead which I had no problem with. Then complained when I swiped it instead of inserting the card. He was obviously having a bad day but come on. Truck was fairly clean, windshield covered in snow, no snow brush so i borrowed a broom to clean it off. Returning the truck was much better. Quick and painless and I didnt have to go and see grumpy inside which was nice.

Reserved a dolly for my move then was informed that they rented it out to somebody else. Was told they are rented first-come-first-served, regardless of reservation, which utterly defeats the purpose.

Forced to take a large storage after reserving a small, credit card was not billed and was forced to pay a late fee even though the office staff messed up. Staff are not friendly. Not using again

I enjoyed my experience at U-Haul. The storage unit kep my things dry and clean. My storage was in the basement so it wasn’t always practical to get into the storage unit sometimes the clerk was busy

Please update your point of sale card readers to accept chips. Using machines that only swipe cards triggers fraud alerts for TD Bank since most Canadian businesses use swipe-only card readers.

I am appalled by what's happened to my personal belongings at this storage facility. 75% of my items (most valuable!) were bitten into and damaged by mice urine and feces. Missing basic pest control!
