update the payment methods. I was charged twice on two different cards because the woman said the card was declined. Now catching hell to get my money returned. She couldn't do it at the store. If not returned in 72 hrs. will getting intouch with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.

The lady said 400 miles were included but at time pay said only 100 miles were included and she was extremely rude to my wife when the vehicle was picked up ,we will never do business at this facility again.

Robert P.Make check-in instructions known ahead of time. I returned the truck when the location was closed. I took a photo of the odometer/gas level, locked the truck up and dropped the key in the return drop box before starting the return process on my phone. When instructed to upload a photo of the odometer/fuel level, the app would only accept a photo taken at that moment… there was no way to select my previously taken photo… and at that point I could no longer get back in the truck, so I was unable to provide that photo. Other than that, the process was smooth.

We sat in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting on roadside assistance to arrive and then ended up just switching trucks through the location manager who was kind enough to come to the location after hours to get us new keys.
