The pick up was great but when I dropped the van off without having time to fill it up, the person i spoke with acted very annoyed that I didn't do this and that puts me off. I am a loyal customer who moves a lot . I feel as though it is appropriate to expect, during a 90 degree day, with little time to spare, I was unable to fill the tank. I was willing to pay the additional per gallon fuel fee and let them know ahead of time.tara S.
The older lady training the younger girl was very rude he didn't even I asked her if I could have a disinfectant rap rap white she said we already cleaned the truck and I want it one because that's just me just for precaution and I have a newborn that I don't want to get that virus and she would not give me a a disinfection right by the power very rude so I had to get tissue and open the doors and I just wanted to rewipe them I don't see anything wrong with that she would not give me one she told me just park the car drop the key that was it didn't even tell me where the box was the nicer one said where was very rude very rude lady girl whatever the younger one she was great she she just told me to wait then I have to ask her the other lady would ask a question and she just was very rudeLouise G.

When picking up the truck the woman at the counter was extremely rude. The pick up was not a no contact pick up. The dolly we reserved was not there and we had to ask to have that charge removed.Shannon E.

I was not able to rent the 10' truck I wanted because the mirror was broken. Uhaul changed my pickup location and didn't notify me. I had to call in to find out why they didn't have a truck for me. It took me over 2 hours to pick up my rental, which put me behind schedule and cost me more in gas because I had to take a bigger truck. So unhappy with their performance this time. By the time we left, we were frustrated and irritated.RAYMOND P.

My location was changed 4 times. The time was 2 hours and 15 minutes after my requested time. The vehicle was not ready and was filthy when I arrived. I had to drive 5 miles out of my way to get a car wash for $25 plus $5 tip. It was not a good experience and I will not recommend using uhaul to anyone I know.Tracy C.

Not move my reservation over to a different location. I thought the UHaul place that did that was wrong from the start. I think it was bad business to just assume that I should want to drive 5 miles one way out of my way to pick up the rental truck regardless of availability because I did make a reservation. I was moved over to U Stor It from the original rental location.Michelle B.

the cabin (driver area) was dirty with things like sandals an dirty belts, not smelling good. and why if we add more gasoline than the level there is not discount. but if we don't fill enough gasoline you charge more than the regular price. does not make senseJulio H.

The truck was rented from U-Stor-It, at 930 S 47th St. The customer service was ridiculously sub-standard, for the following reasons: 1. The vehicle was reserved for 10 AM on 4/7/2018 a week prior. 2. The reservation was modified to 3 PM--not by the customer--1 day prior to the reservation date. No attempt was made to provide another vehicle for the same time period. 3. Customer called UHaul and was able to reserve a vehicle at the originally requested day and time at the same location. 4. When customer voiced a concern that receiving the rental vehicle with a quarter tank of gas was a concern for disagreement due to the ambiguity resulting from different perspectives of what constitutes a "quarter tank" of gas--the representative responded with a shrug and dismissed the concern. 5. The representative requested that I bring the vehicle back to U-Stor-It at 2 pm. The customer stated the rental was for 24 hours. The representative stated that he would make a note that I would bring it back at 2 pm. 6. The representative did not complete a thorough walk around inspection of the vehicle. 7. When asked to continue the inspection, and when slight damage was identified on the vehicle, the representative had to be repeatedly asked to make a note and place a damage sticker on to the vehicle. 8. The customer received the rental vehicle with a very slightly less amount than a "quarter tank". 9. When the customer returned the vehicle back to the facility, he used the restroom located at the U-Stor-It office. Few boxes were contained in the rental vehicle and needed to be transferred to the customers personal vehicle. This situation had to be repeatedly stated to the representative when the customer was asked if the vehicle was ready for return repeatedly. 10. When the customer completed the transfer of the boxes from the rental vehicle to the personal vehicle--10 minutes time--the customer walked to the U-Stor-It office to find the doors locked and the representatives on break. 11. When the customer turned the vehicle over to the representative. the representative told the customer the gas tank was "1/16" less than a "quarter tank" and the representative wanted to charge the customer 60 dollars as a penalty. 12. The customer took a picture of the gas gauge, filled the vehicle with "1/16" amount of gas--approximately 3 dollars worth of fuel--and took a second picture of the gas gauge.Daniel C.

The place was crawling with roaches the lady behind the counter was very rude, and spoke to her co worker about me in Spanish. The told me they had no dolly and when I told them my confirmation email stated there was one they argued with me. I will NEVER use this place againTamika M.
