When we called to inquire about the self storage and the Uhaul return, the gentleman I spoke with was insistent that we do everything online with regards to the storage rental unit. Once online I found the form long, tedious and wanting way too much information!!! Not everyone embraces the online method of doing business and some prefer to fill out an application in person or over the phone - it is more personal.

The rental truck was great; the price was fair. I would recommend U-Haul to a friend, but I cannot recommend this location, because of the agent. He was slow, difficult to understand, and just didn't seem to know what he was doing. I got the job done, but next time I'll go to a different dealer in my area.

Had a problem with the uhaul reservationson line, called, got the location problem resolved. When I arrived for pickup, they overcharged me by more than 100%. Called reservation line twice, representative agreed that I was overcharged(twice), but transfer didn't go thru(twice). Called customer service line, routed me back to the same person. Still not resolved.

I dropped off the truck unannounced at a facility 20 miles closer than the designated one. The attendant was Polite Helpful and Friendly. A true professional saving me time and Money. A hearty Thank You Sir.

We had issues with picking up the truck. We thought it was going to be available anytime since it was a 24/7 rental and the store itself was closed. Took longer than expected to pick up truck.

Equipment has to be better maintained. 2 trailers that I tried to use did not have working lights. I ended up wasting 2 days of time that I took off work and could not do anything from this location.

The only problem I have is that I was overcharged for the appliance dolly. On the website it stated that the dolly was $10 per day. I was charged at $20 per day. I would like that adjusted please.

I spoke to two customer service representative on the phone when I called to request a mileage increase. Neither of these representatives was helpful. They just repeated that I should have booked at a different u haul location. I will think twice before I book with u haul in the future.

This is the second time I've rented a trailer from you and the second time its been a giant disaster! The first time, you all gave me the wrong car dolly, after I had already traveled close to 100 miles I was asked to pull over and wait 3 hours so that the proper car dolly could be delivered to me and the care I was hauling switched. Anyway i figured I give you a second chance, so online I was able to reserve the specific trailer I was looking for only to receive a phone message many hours later letting me know that the trailer I want doesn't exist and instead I had been downgraded to a smaller trailer. unfortunately the smaller trailer would not work for the job. After spending close to 4 hours being tossed around from one customer agent to another with most of that time being spent on hold I was able to get a box truck reserved. Unfortunately it cost much more then what I wanted to spend and was charged a ridiculous amount for the lies I put on it. If I hadn't already spent close to $1200 dollars on this project that I had the trailer lined up for I would have said **ck off but unfortunately did not have that choice. So to sum up my experience with UHAUL...very loose operation you all run tricking customers into spending way too much. Such a complete disaster!! ***This review has noting to do with the location or management I picked the truck up from.***

The representative was rude. Yelled at us not to park in an area. No signs to indicate where to park. We have never been to that location so we were unsure of where to go in this tiny location.

Combine all systems on one computer and make it more efficient. Instead of a laptop for some things and then having to use an iPhone for other things like truck returns. Very inefficient but the representative did great based on what he has to work on. Employee was excellent, computer programming no so much. Inefficient.

Better hours. They don't open until 9:30 am ,and he was late at that. Had to wait 10 minutes for him to get the computer up. By the time the truck was loaded it was late.

Joe is a terrific representative for a company. He is very knowledgeable of the products offered by U-Haul, and he goes the extra step to make sure that customers know what equipment to rent for the job they need to accomplish, as well as what to expect in the operation of the equipment that they do rent. I am so pleased with this location that I have been a repeat customer for years now.

The associate was very helpful, capable and courteous. He had problems logging in to U-Haul web site in order to do digital transactions. But, that was not his fault. U-Haul need to improve their system.

The pick-up location was changed on me and the new location person seemed pretty confused about the whole thing and the entire process and had to ask me all the same questions that I had already file din online all over again. The first thing he said when I walked in and told him I had a truck waiting was that he couldn't find my order and didn't have any truck for me.

The initial advertised price is not perceived accurately as evidenced by my final cost of $19.99 (rental) + $46.00 (mileage) + gas $15.00. In addition, the mobile process was really good; however, adds about 40 minutes overall-and should not be part of the rental. Thank you-

I reserved a van. Called and made sure a van would be available. When I went through the check in process, I received a 15' truck. Not only that, the check in process took forever. I was very inconvenienced and disappointed.

Be prepared to handle a customer complaint by contacting the appropriate people and making something happen. I was offered a number to call which doesn’t seem like appropriate service for a faulty trailer.

I dropped the van back off after dark. The parking lot could use more lighting. It was very dark. Otherwise great. I used self check in, which seemed too easy, so I went in to make sure I didn't miss something. The man in the office was very nice and helpful.

The "Change oil soon" warning appeared shortly after I picked it up. Although I was assured that it wasn't a problem, because the "mechanic we use just doesn't reset the warnings", it kept me from using the odometer to judge distances and made me nervous. Also, it was delivered with no windshield wiper fluid.
