The guy that hooked up the U-Haul didn’t do it correctly. I had to stop and have it fixed. Not safe.

Quyen HYou have to scan a barcode on the app to rent your truck but this location doesn't have or have never heard of a barcode to scan. The app is supposed to make it easier not to have to wait in line but you still have to wait here. However, the employees are very quick and helpful.

Darlene SWhenever I order for in store pickup, my items are not ready until I get there, even if I am notified they am, the door is always locked because employee is usually having to work outside, wait time for rentals, and did not receive moving equipment with rental. Had to go back.

Anoop CThe staff appeared too busy when I dropped off my trailer and did not want to take the time to get my receipt at that time. They did not look busy to me, but I don’t know what else was going on. I had to call for it the next day.

Bethany MTell customer if they accidentally replace more gas in tank than what they received upon pickup, they will not be reimbursed. I placed a quarter tank more than necessary and was not reimbursed. These times are very difficult with the high cost of living. I really could have used the refund for excess gas.Also be more consumer conscience by providing customer a location closest to their home as to not incur more miles that they will be charged for!
debbie mNot a friendly staff at the time. That store has a different set of rules they go by and when asked about it they wanted to lie. They tried saying it was company policy to have 2 sets of emergency contact. I told them that I have rented multiple times lately and that wasn’t true.

Melvin LI was accused of using their dolly and was charged $39 dollars. There was no winning the argument with them. They said that the seal was broken, therefore I used their dolly. I told them that I had my own dolly's, 3 to be exactly. I never touched their equipment but was charged anyways. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else next time.

Aaron SYour billing is frustrating. we have to download the app. Ok fine. Then I try to view but I have to set up account. I try to do that and it says I have an account. When I try to login, I can’t bc it says I don’t have account. I’m still trying to get through to ensure I was billed correctly.
DENICE PIt is difficult to improve on excellent. Continue treating customers the way I was treated and understanding the weather conditions/allowing me to return after the time due because of road conditions. Nothing but compliments for this location.

gregory lMy only complaint was the gas tank was near empty when I picked it up. The low fuel light was on with a short range. I had to add gas before I could even pack it.
