Very fast check in returning the truck. Only problem was the parking area. I had to go around the block because other customers were in line out to the driveway. The service rep was helpful and I would recommend using this U-Haul. Thank you!

Frank VOver all the truck was clean but had a strong smoking odor that was off putting. At the time I made the truck reservation, I added an appliance dolly. When I arrived to get the truck, was told they did not have any dollys available. I inquired why not and was informed I had only "requested" and not "reserved" the dolly. When I asked why I added it to my "reservation" but only "requested" was informed that is how the system works. Fortunately they were able to locate an appliance dolly at a nearby location. When someone makes an online reservation, please make sure all aspects of that reservation are present and fulfilled as it would have been impossible to move a refrigerator without the dolly.

brenda vWhen I arrived to pick up my truck - I chose self check-in - I found there was no dolly in my truck as per my order. When I turned the truck back in and mentioned the inconvenience of this to the young lady working the store that morning, she only offered to reimburse me for the dolly. I had to extend my time because not having a dolly made the process more difficult and lengthy. I felt the least they could have offered was a reimbursement of the extra time as well as the reimbursement of the dolly. I let her know I would not be using her services again. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience, only had an excuse as to why I did not receive my dolly. Very poor customer service skills.

Barbara BAfter booking my initial trailer needs online - a few days before my departure (I'm in Kansas, picking up a trailer in Arizona) UHAUL customer service calls me to inform me that the location I had picked on the website does NOT have the trailer I'm seeking, and sent me an email for a different location which was somewhat far away from my original location picked. I arrived at the new pickup location directed by UHAUL to find out that the location was CLOSED. I called the help number provided on my updated confirmation email and the assistant redirected me to a nearby UHAUL store and apologized for the screw up and said there would be a discounted rate available. I arrived at the nearby UHAUL location and the attendants could not find any information about my transferred booking, nor the discounted rate, which they said they would NOT honor. I showed them my original reservation and they had to enter it into their system and told me that they MAY be able to give me a helpful discount, however the price they quoted was the same price I reserved online WEEKS AGO. After getting the new reservation, the attendant said "your trailer is outside with my associate". I walked outside and nobody was out there. After waiting for several minutes I checked the numbers on the reservation myself and went to attach the trailer to my own vehicle from their storage lot. After hooking up the trailer, finally an associate jogged over presumably to make sure I wasn't stealing it because they waved at me to stop what I was doing and then checked my paperwork... only to then grunt and WALK AWAY. I finished hooking up my trailer and made my journey to Oklahoma. At the dropoff location in Oklahoma, there were no attendants there to assist with the disconnection, as the trailer I had selected had no lift jack installed. There was a small trailer office with a sign, so I knocked and was greeted by a small child/teenager who simply said "Leave the trailer wherever you want". The parking lot was a sloping grass field so I couldn't exactly un-hitch as the trailer would roll away, and... again... there was no lift jack on the trailer itself. I asked if the child/teenager could fetch some large rocks as wheel chocks and leveraged the tongue of the trailer off my hitch myself. This was without a doubt the WORST UHAUL experience I have ever encountered. I have had several great experiences in the past, but this was by far the most abysmal.

The driver just looked at me and made his delivery even though he could have easily have moved his truck because he hadn’t started his delivery yet . He was not a U-Haul employee but it made a negative impression on me regardless .
gary jThey forgot to check in my trailer yesterday and I had to call a couple times today to get them to complete the check in. I also never received the check in receipt from the return yesterday until I called and talked to a very helpful and friendly Uhaul agent Jay. Thanks for getting it all put back together for me. Somehow even though they took my email in Santa Fe, the system didnt have it three days later??? AND I gave it to the agent again when i checked it back in yesterday. Maybe work on the back end system that makes it simpler for your staff to get the customer's info to complete the check in. But overall great experience and affordable!!
GRetchen HAlthough I do not recall the names of any of the employees, all three of the people who interacted with me today were MORE than normally hospitable, congenial, & professionally helpful. I can not say enough about the Superior service I have received by the knowledgable U-Haul staff - at this location and others in Tucson. PLEASE keep doing what You do BEST, U-Haul = being there when people need support - even at a moments notice. THANK YOU ALL for Excellent service, as ALWAYS!
GLENN GIt is so busy. What you get is what you need, but there needs to be more people helping the desks. On a Saturday morning the wait for 20 - 30 minutes. Everyone got what they needed but they thought they would be the only one's there and they are not. I would recommend the location and tell people to arrive 15 - 30 minutes before they expect to get the truck, boxes unless it is not a busy day, and Saturday was busy.

Mark RLights on the trailer we rented didn't work. Tried 2 different cables and they determined that it was trailer and not our truck wiring. Got upgraded to a slightly larger trailer and everything worked and we got on our way. Took a little bit longer at the store than expected, but everything worked out.

Hector APicked up my truck on time, there was a padlock on the trunk that I was not given a key for. After an hour on the phone trying to get help, I had to wait another hour for somebody to come and cut the lock. Threw my moving plans off.
