By name tag was clear he was owner. Was asked for the first time for a reference number to call on the spot like everyone works on his schedule, by the way because I was from out of town. Will never rent from this place agai. I support small bissiness owners. I was there on time and was treated like person who was fixing to steal, as the owner you had no people skills or customer relations don't know how your bussiness survives. I could feel the tension on the employees ulworking under pressure.

Great questions, Uhaul! Too bad none of the survey questions deal with the employees who actually RUN your franchise. When renting a trailer, most customers require a RAMP to make getting into the trailer EASIER, but this location only has ONE trailer with a ramp. I cannot call ahead to request that specific trailer and there is NO WAY TO RESERVE the trailer with a ramp online?! It DEFEATS the purpose of making an ADVANCE RESERVATION if there is NO GUARANTEE that I will get the equipment I need. This could be extremely problematic if the trailer I require isn't available when I have scheduled everything around having a trailer WITH A RAMP!! Lastly, If I have already RESERVED the equipment online WITH MY CC, I WILL BE PICKING IT UP; Maybe a few minutes after the noted time (15 minutes) but I will be there. Frantic calls to me with an agent who then gives me attitude without knowing my circumstances is NOT APPRECIATED. I hope this survey will HELP Uhaul DO BETTER in the future with customers.

It would be great if dispatch can ensure a needed U-Haul was at the desired booked location for pickup and not a random site in the same zip code. It can translate to a precious loss of time when that may be important to the customer.

I had the climate controlled unit on the 2nd floor and when coming back to open my unit, I found all my furniture covered in sand/dirt and debris. I was told by staff that there was construction on the roof, but it doesnt remove the fact that all my items were now covered in dirt. I might as well have gotten the non-controlled unit on the first floor. Additionally, the elevator has been out of order almost the entire time I've had this unit, making moving heavy items very inconvenient. Again that further cemented that I should've just gotten a unit on the first floor.

Our trailer looked like oil had been spilled in it, not sure if yall hose them off. I just made sure not to put boxes on top of those parts. Other than that, staff was super nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this location!

The only way I would recommend this store is if they get to be attended by the nice girl that helped us out at the beginning cause she was nice and very informative. However the guy running it he store yesterday the 4th of March was adamant on, not giving my father a receipt when I need a physical receipt. I called and was told I’d receive a call back and nothing. 24hours later and no call back no explanation as to why he couldn’t be bothered on printing a physical copy, even when my dad told him I needed a physical copy.

I called 3 days before my appointment. I asked how long it would take to install my hitch. I was advised about 1 to 1.5 hours. With that said. I did not make arrangements for someone to pick me up. Upon arriving at uhaul. I was told it would be 4 hours. Apparently, I was told that I spoke to the call center and they do not know process. As a consumer, how do we know when and if we talk to call center that read a script. Also, I had not realized until I got home that my reverse camera was not working. So there a go back to uhaul. I ended up losing 1/4 of my day, due to misinformation from your company. That location itself is not to blame. This is a corporate failure! All I got was I apologize.

Don't know if last post made it thru. PHONE RESTARTED. Let's try again. As a whole, Uhaul got my family home safe. Well commended. The app itself is about worthless. Til now I still show no past, present rental. Pickup- trailer change or drop-off never happened according to app. I could not schedule a service call thru app that didn't see I had picked up equipment. 2 long phone call waits with first being disconnected. 2nd call, I informed roadside service I made it to another uhaul in the city I was traveling thru. Instructed if they have parts let them fix. If not, roadside would be sent. Wound up swapping out trailers to get home. Again Uhaul did what they needed to get us home safe. 16 degree weather, wind chill colder, snow predicted later that night, tired and just wanted to get home safely. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP IF YOU EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO USE IT FOR EASE OF RETURNS, REPAIRS, OR RENTAL.

The girl helping us with the pick up rental was not attentive, she has “Mrs know it all attitude” and we had a stressful time completing the rental. I was translating for my husband the whole time and she did not offer assistance in Spanish from another coworker. She did not acknowledge my husband despite language barrier and she was directing all her talk to me as if he was not there. Finally another very attentive guy came and answered our final question with the rental. I Would not recommend this location because of how she services costumers.

The one thing I had a problem with. We were getting moved by the army they were moving us on the 11th. Because my bill was due on the 9th of each month if I didn’t have some great friends that helped me move my storage to the house early. I would have been charged for the whole month when I would have only been there 3 days that month.

The only poor rating is the elevator was out and there is no absolute time frame of when it will be repaired. This is unacceptable when items that are heavy and storage is upstairs. I am ver disappointed is part because each employ gave a million excuses. Only one employ offered to assist with paying a portion of the cost of the moving company if I hired one.

Facility is excellent but the Elevator was broken the whole time i stored items, but overall, a good place but put priority to fixing the elevators. Also the return was a nightmare, the location originally provided I could not find, call the number provided. they sent me to a location 45 minute from my Hotel, which had a Uhaul Location right next to the Hotel. I gave the representative the address but said location was full. It was unreal the return experience

This location has an elevator that is not functioning and I have large items to move. Management advised it would not be ready until later in the year and I moving now. I feel this needs to be fixed very soon or move us to another location at no cost. This is the only reason I an not recommending this location at this time. Unless the elevator is fixed soon.

Did not have my reservation as promised on line and the phone with customer service. Also the elevator was broken they said it wouldn’t be fixed for five months. Plus the temperature inside the building was at 80 degrees it was hot inside the building. The last storage I was in all day temperature at 70 degrees

Maintenance on the elevator need to be done. It was not working at the time of the move in. I tried to get them to change my unit to a down stairs one so I would not have to use the stairs to put my stuff into the storage but It was declined. I was very upset and was disappointed that they would not accommodate me. I was even more disappointed when I asked them when the elevator issue would be fix and they told me they did not have a date.

We were in a second floor unit and when we arrived the elevator is broken. This was never displayed online otherwise I would have never rented here. It forced my family to move a 15’ trucks worth of home items up a set of stairs in 110 degree heat. The U-Haul place handed me a business card and I was told I can call these people to help move. I didn’t have time to wait hours when my family arrived at 2:30pm after a 6 hour drive with two small children and a dog. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.

Elevator was broken and I injured myself bringing furniture down from the 2nd floor. Staff said it would be at least 3 weeks before fixing. No accommodations for prorated amount since the unit was returned 3 weeks before next payment due. No discount for elevator inconvenience. Terrible.

My move in was great the only glitch was me, the first day I went to the wrong locker and set off the alarm. The employee was very nice and friendly after I showed him my ID(that is what makes storing there great). The second day I set off the alarm again this time not entering my access code. Payment schedules and UHAULS lack of willingness to adjust due dates of rent to the end of the month so they can collect rent for time not even used is riduculous and criminal. Would not recommend
