This is Cindy the sister of that actual client. The office always went above and beyond when dealing with them. We have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this storage facility for anyone needing to store items you won't find a more fair establishment to deal with.

On how the locks actually work!? Do not just issue the keys and they have to figure it out themselves ... Other new of your customers had to ask me how your locks work... You can lose business if your customers get frustrated because they cannot figure out how to unlock and lock storage units...? 🤔

Cathy Tavernier | Overall ExperienceHaving the free carts on hand at the storage facility truly helps, especially when moving furniture into an elevator to a higher floor. Thanks! There is one improvement, however, that you should make. You shouldn't allow storage renters to discard stuff they don't want under the idea that it's being recycled for use by other people who might want the discards. This liberal policy has resulted in a huge pile of junk and trash as you step outside the elevator onto the 2nd floor. It literally was garbage, including an old mattress, which is against policy. This pile of junk needs to be cleared away immediately so that it doesn't attract rodents or other pests. It literally took up half the space in the open area where the moving carts are parked. This sets a bad precedent because people will get the idea that they can dump all of the junk they no longer want into this open area just outside the elevator. This has never been allowed at any other storage facility we've previously used. In fact, there's always been a strict policy against this, which is why dumpsters are not on site. Please clean up that area outside of the elevator and change your policy because it's obviously abused by some renters. You should go take a look at it today, and you will understand what I'm writing about. Thanks!

Along with the fact that I tried on multiple days to call and advise them of my move out and they did not answer their phones a single time, instead sending them to the regional office which wasn't able to note my move out. Even after being sent an email from the regional customer support to please call me, no one did. I had to physically go to the rental office and that's where I encountered the very rude Ann Bandau. She is much too young and inexperienced, IMO, to be running an operation like that. As long as you don't have to deal with trying to call, the facility at Falcon Field is very clean and easy to access and always kept at a very cool temperature to protect your belongings.
Jennifer MacGregor | Overall ExperienceI arrived at the staffed facility to rent a storage unit at the on-demand falcon field storage facility. The young man was friendly and rented me unit 1089. I went home and loaded my car full of heavy boxes and proceeded to the storage facility. I arrived at the assigned unit which had the green plastic cord attached indicating the unit was empty and ready for occupancy. I broke the green cord after loading my boxes onto the cart and proceeding to the unit, rolled up the door only to find it was filled with six large tubs from the prior tenant. I tried calling the office and hitting the customer service button on the security unit but nobody answered. I called the number that's on the large poster displayed on two places at the storage unit. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes waiting to talk to somebody but nobody ever answered. I called the second time and was on hold for 8 minutes and nobody ever answered. frustrated I put my boxes in the same storage unit with the other boxes and locked the unit and proceeded back to the man storage facility. I spoke to the young man and I was frustrated and told him I had called several times and nobody answered. He said gee the phone hadn't wrong and it wasn't busy and asked me what number I called I told him I called the number that was shown prominently at the falcon Field storage facility, and he said oh that's the wrong number. I asked him if they could have somebody take the other boxes out of my unit and he said no he would have to put me in another unit. I expressed him that I had already unloaded a bunch of very heavy boxes and it was inconvenient to me to have to go unload move them and put them in another unit. Nonetheless he told me that was the only option. So I went back to the unit unloaded my boxes drag them down to the other unit that he had assigned me and put them away. Overall the customer service was just poor.

Rayne Dull | Overall ExperienceWhen arrived at office for paperwork, the door was locked, and no sign was on door as to why office was closed. Person yelled from behind fence that there was an emergency at another location and that they would be back in "a few minutes" I asked what few minutes meant. He replied an hour and a half, (which would be 30 minutes before their listed closing time). I had to leave and tell my moving co that they would be longer. I came back an hour later,nervous about the time, and was told the computers were down, and they had to give me a loaner pad lock, since they were out. I was told to come back the next day, after four, for the paperwork and a real lock. The attendant stated he would give me an extra month free for the inconvenience. So I did come back the next day after four, the locks were still not in, he gave me another loaner lock. I had to remind him that I needed my copies of the paperwork, and he acted frustrated that he had to print them out. When I asked him about the extra month free, he told me that since I had another unit, that I didn't qualify for that, but he gave me the internet promo of the free month (which was what I was lead to believe when I placed the online reservation, and he stated "extra month"). When I questioned that, he became agitated and mumbled something about talking to his manager. I thanked him regardless, and left. I am still waiting for a real lock, and have to call them to save a trip to see if they received their shipment.

I was issued a code which just happen to be the same code that someone else had chose in the same building. So then had to use a new number that I to remember that and write down so I don't forget. Then the lock I purchased didn't work in the cylinder and I had to call for help for the 2nd time to have the uhaul representative come down to my storage unit which is 3 miles away to bring me another lock so I could secure my belongings happen. It was very inconvenient and I wish this situation doesn't happen to other customers. After this situation, I will not rent another storage unit from uhaul again.

I still had to purchase the lock that Uhaul requires on their units but I was not told that there would be a green lock on the unit that needed to be opened by a staff member. I arrived to the storage facility with a Uhaul truck full of my possessions and no way of getting into my unit. I drove miles back to the facility that had the main office and even though office hours were not over, the person that was supposed to be there was gone. I was extremely frustrated and angry and I had to find other means of storage since the truck rental was due the next morning.

As a result I was not able to open the unit. I had to purchased the lock Uhaul required on the units when I made the reservation but I was not told that there would be a lock on there already. I travelled back to the main office miles away to ask if someone could open my unit and the front desk person was already gone before office hours were over that day. My frustration was very high at this point because I had the Uhaul truck full with my possessions and no way to get into my storage unit. The truck was due the next morning so I had to resort to other means to store my possessions.
