I did not need three days and should have been able to return the truck a day earlier and not been charged for three days.We loaded in two hours, drove for 5 hours and unloaded in an hour. It was unnecessary expensive based on our prior experience.

I received a truck that I told had 6/4 of gas so I put it a little pass but when I went back the truck had 3/4 of gas almost on E I should of went back in side I took a picture of where it was when I received it but it wasn’t where they said it was I had to sweep the truck out from hair and kid toys so the check for the truck not getting done correctly I am glad I was able to move what I needed

The 20 foot truck that I reserved for my move from Louisiana to Virginia had a check engine light upon startup. It was for a catalytic converter issue, but it was no problem as they upgraded me to a 26 foot truck free of charge. I got a trailer as well for a car I was towing. The straps on the tires could have been aligned slightly better, but that's my only critique. Great service and the move went smoothly for a great price.

The only problem I had was it said the gas level was almost 3/4 of a tank but it was almost a 1/4 tank so I had to put more gas in it than what it had when I rented the truck.....

The manager up there is very bad behavior I went up there and I dropped the truck off they didn’t told me nothing that you’re good or you have to pay this or that they told me I’m good and then I came two days later to pick another U-Haul up and right away I see $309 charge on me. For no reason I was told nothing at first. but all the staff they’re cleaning outside and they help me a lot. They are very well helpful. I appreciate of them but the managers very bad over there.

The unit that was assigned to me was in disrepair . The door track was so damaged that the lock latch hardly functioned. A U-Haul employee had to literally beat the latch to close so that I could lock the unit.

The store manager was very rude and unprofessional as well as the staff at this location. I had my kids with me and as we was trying to return our truck we seen staff members smoking weed out in the open bu the return center, loud vulgar music was playing, my kids heard all the inappropriate music an smelled the weed smoke. I was very upset. When i returned my truck that was sitting on the lot all day because we was waiting on our movers. We was charged a extra 58.00 dollars because the truck was not unloaded. No other customers had that truck reserved so to get charged a extra day was very unreasonable. We were talked to by the staff and the store manger in a very unprofessional manner. I will never spend money at this company again.

The floor was a little messed up, and I would have definitely liked to have a light in my actual unit itself, but over all it is very nice. My unit was in max security. And all the staff were very helpful when I misplaced my card to get into my unit to move into my home. Will definitely use again for future storage. Thank you!

Also it’s seems that the system is not allowing people to move in online so u can’t get the free lock I bought 2 units in one day and tried to move in both online before going inside .. something as small as a free lock would’ve been nice for all the money I spent

I feel like my notification that I had moved out of my unit was not indicated on the storage records and trying to take out an addition fee after the unit was closed a month earlier is poor documentations and my bank charged me fees for your facility making an attempt to charge for an extra month when the unit was properly closed and notifications given to the front office staff.

The after hours were VERY stressful!!! I got to the U haul place to return the truck and literally sat out there for 30 mins before anyone answered the phone to direct me what to do. I feel as though I was charged entirely too much. I feel as though I was charged for being late but, in all actuality I was on time BUT had to wait 30 minutes before speaking to someone. I would most definitely NOT recommend using the after hours to anyone!!!!!!
