I waited 45 minutes to complete the process due to computers not loading. I then got in the truck and it was on E. Had to put 75 in it before I got on the road. Also the passenger side door of the truck doesn't open or close properly and when you open it, it makes a loud noise. It appears this truck had been hit previously.

TONEY OCiarra was fantastic, but the pick up process was "clunky". U Haul was not ready when I arrived and had to defrost for a while and they had to use de-freeze to make sure the back door would open (it was frozen shut). I ordered UHaul online and my location switched for pickup by UHaul and it wasn't ready when I went to pick up. Frustrating. Also, I had to return to get the furniture pads that I ordered due to no one helping me make sure they were in the UHaul and not clearly telling me to grab those bags on the way out to my UHaul that wasn't ready and frozen shut door.

I had to drive across town to get my truck and lost 1/2 day of use. No apologies, no offer of reduced rate, no nothing. What's the point of a reservation if the equipment isn't there when you you need it? This location was the second one I was sent to. They did a decent job.

Asked for the truck to be brought up bc I rented two different kinds of Dollie’s and 24 furniture pads, and she rolled her eyes at me and simply said we don’t do that. I also had told her I needed to access my storage building and get stuff out. I went to get my truck and had to drive right back up to where I started. She then threw pads and dollies outside the door for me to load into the truck. Customer service just horrible.

Overall the actual location is nice.
