Robiul HasanI sent multiple emails to try and resolve issues with the storage unit dating back to last fall. None were returned. I called multiple times. No calls made it to anyone local, all were redirected to the central office. Notes were left on my account to get in touch with me to discuss damage to the contents of my storage unit. I was never called. This was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to my worst enemy. I see that you ask me to try to reach out to the local facility to resolve disputes. I'd love to, but I've been doing that for months with no response. I am done and happy to be.

Tracy JungWe have rented storage boxes twice within the last couple of year. Both times we have been charged for another month rental AFTER the storage ox was returned. This last rental when I returned the box I explained to the rep what had happened on the previous rental and he assured me it wouldnt be an issue this time. Well he was wrong we got charged another month after the box was returned. had to waste time on the phone trying to get it straightened out and we still dont have our money back in our account. This is totally unacceptable i hope we never have to rent a box again

Deborah BagbyWhen I got in van was coffee spilled in it. The rep did clean it when I brought to attention so no big deal. I drove the van just under 50 miles and noticed that the gas gage dint move and thought well I dint drive that far. I called before returning to verify at what notch I needed to fill to before return it and rep advised just under the first notch after the E . As I'm looking at it I noticed it was already there so to be sure I wanted to add a bit. As I'm getting gas the gage did not move at all and nozzle kept clicking indicating that van was full . As the gage read under half tank I thought ummm ok something wrong with pump so I kept doing it and clicking then gas was spitting out . Surly per the gage it's not full so went to another pump and same thing happened I recorded it with my phone. When I dropped van off I said I think your gas gage is broke and I just put $20.00. In and wouldn't take anymore there's no way I used 20 in gas . The rep said no the gage isn't broke its a new van . I said I get that but the gage hasn't moved and I have a video of me trying to pump it. He said well it's fine cause it's exactly where it needs to be . I said isn't that weird the gas is exactly where it was when I picked it up yet I added 20.00 and was clicking off. He said he don't know it's new and he's not the manufacturer. Like WTH reguardless of if I'm right or wrong I'm not stupid and have rented uhauls my whole life. And own a large . No way I used $20. I don't even care about the money I just dint want someone else to rent same van and have issues. I dint have to say anything I could of returned it empty yet the gage would of stayed exactly where it was when I rented it so. That would be your loss or a customer rents it and runs it out and breaks down some where. I get it's a job and was near closing but saying it's new and your not the manufacturer is an asshole move. How about oh really well look into it.or acknowledge what I said and showed you and not come up with an excuse. Cause 2 different pumps aren't going to be broke and new things break or have malfunction all the time.

I put 2.5 gallons of gas into the truck before returning it, yet I was charged to refuel the truck. Then when I called to question, the agent hung up on me and then would not answer my return calls. Terrible customer service.
Patrick KenneyThe people, from the ones I spoke with on the phone, to the guy who came to our house to deliver and pick up our boxes (his name is Hubbard), were very nice. It was such a pleasant experience compared to the service I got in Denver (where I moved from), where everyone at the Englewood U-Haul office was rude and grumpy and sometimes downright mean. Thank you Buffalo U-Haul for a pleasant experience at the end of my moving journey!
Sandra CooperI only needed the storage for a week. Which was communication. There was no short term rate. Additional fees for storage and u-haul 👎🏾👎🏾 the storage staff was excellent. Beyond a family using all of the carts when attempted to load storage was a simple process. A few questions are not applicable—given there are only two options—yes or no I hit yes.

Then gave us a unit that literally was the opposite side of the building about a quarter mile walk from the loading dock. It took several hours to unload a truck and walk everything all the way over. I will never ever rent another uhaul or go use a uhaul storage facility again.

One improvement note would be to make sure your toilet paper is stocked regularly, seeing that you have a high volume of customers. It was mentioned paper towels were being flushed, and I believe it is because toilet paper was missing from the bathroom I used. Upgrading to larger commercial use toilet paper spools may be helpful! All in all I am very pleased. Thank you!

Scott cannon | Overall ExperienceHi, I was charged for a whole extra day - $40.00 for out of town because I handed in the keys of the truck 2 hours late. However, I was already in town with the truck. Even though the truck was already on the property from the day the before. It took me longer than expected to unload the truck. I had had 3 surgeries on my dominant hand and surgeries on both shoulders. It was just very hard for me. I just could not unload it faster. When the truck was due to be turned in at 3:00pm, I went in the office and begged for more time. The young lady gave me until 4:00pm, but I just could not completed it by 4pm. When I finally returned it at 5:00pm, she said that I inconvenienced another customer from renting the truck because I turned it in late. I don't necessarily believe that. The next nightmare was the storage room facility. Both Saturday and Sunday - The place was STINK!! Not my actual unit. But, when you enter the building there was a horrible stench from a toilet that needed fixing. I can understand for the first day because things happen, but I cannot understand why it was not fixed the following day. The next issue is with my actual unit. There is a 2 feet by 2 feet post from the building that takes up part of my 10 feet by 10 feet floor space. This is unfair!! I am not getting what I am paying for. There should be some consideration for this; I think that there should be a discount for this. Thank you,

You should not give out truck rentals based upon expected return dates but instead of when the trucks are actually returned. I based my moving for my employment based on these dates, however, those are not accurate in your database. Not to mention the super small storage units uhaul offers for a free month. This should be based off of the truck size that is rented not what you have available. I had an extremely hard time fitting a 26 foot truck rental into a space that is meant for a 2 bedroom apartment. Im sure guys can do better and since I manage 200 ppl on a daily basis I do not understand the barrier here. Thank you.

My storage room was "presumed" to have been "vacated" - without making any attempt to contact me for verification - based on my failure to place a lock on the door, even tho it was simply because I hadn't yet moved anything into the unit. I was never prev advised that the lock was required, even on an empty unit & even tho the rent was fully paid to date. I was very impressed with her customer service efforts. I do wish, however, that there was 24 hour access to my indoor unit (or perhaps at least extended hours thru midnight or 1am) - similar to that of our outside storage units. It would simply make it more accessible when I can find help with moving my items. I am in my late 70s, & my potential helpers work til late evening.
