Customer Service managers lied to me about fuel twice just for me to get the mileage up running back and forth to the gas station. I will never go back to this location. Straight fraud service and TRASH individuals.

I was unable to adjust the side mirrors, either manually or from within the truck. They just seemed to be stuck in one position. Please check to ensure side mirrors on truck are in working order and that renters are able to adjust them.

Rented a van for 3 hours. 9:30-12:30. Got there and had to wait. I didn’t get the van for this whole first hour that I was there because of a customer before me and I needed the entire three hours to move considering it was only two of us moving a 850 sqft apartment. I asked if there was anything they could do to accommodate us because again, it wasn’t our fault that we weren’t able to get the van because the lady was dealing with another customer. She said no that we still had to bring back the van at 12:30 because a customer needed it at one. They inconvenienced us and I’m frustrated about it. You can get a lot done in an hour. They ended up giving us an extra 15 minutes which is still not enough and I’m pretty sure they knew that. Very inconvenient and I still had to pay full price. I will never go to this location again. They could’ve stopped to help us retrieve the van considering the time we reserved to pick it up. I’m very disappointed. They ended up telling that we could get a truck but that we would have to pay full price for it again. How could you inconvenience customers then make us try to fix the situation ourselves.

Customer service is poor. The attendant saw us having issues but shut the door against us and locked us out before 7PM. He came back out to talk to a friend and went back in and locked the door. I approached him for help but he said call the number on your phone. After a few, he walked away. Also it was embarrassing to have to send numbers of multiple people just to get approved after so many years of patronizing U-haul. My time and plans was wasted.

You had one person manning the entire desk and lot, a very nice lady and very good at her job. Uhaul needs to do a better job staffing with additional help.
The lady at the site kept her cool and juggled as many people as possible and was successful keeping the line moving.
I felt bad for her, it was not right how many people she had to process.

Santonio was awesome! This location was super busy for a Sunday afternoon and he calmly attended to customers. He was very patient, helping me out with the vehicle I reserved online and changed it from a cargo van to a truck at my request. I made a reservation online for pick-up at 10:00 AM. We showed up at 9:45 AM, and waited in line until 10:30 AM to get the keys to the truck I had reserved. Perhaps they were under-staffed. The staff - who was friendly, seemed very disorganized. I believe the U-Haul organiztion is dominant in their market space, but I will not return to this location.

The check in shouldn't take so long. The individual who helped me just didn't really seem to care much. No interest inbeing quick. He was nice, but not super knowledgeable. No one's taught him that a smile and a nice greeting are good ways to start a customer interaction. I was left with the impression of a disinterested high school student trying to slog through classwork just enough to get by.

There needs to be some improvement on customer courtesy. The sales representative at the front desk, Santonio, while helpful, was incredibly rude when I asked for a change to my rental. He literally spent a minute complaining about how I was making his job harder. He even used swear words. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a place of business. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued paying customer. I didn't take too much offense since I believed it was his personality, but his conduct was very unprofessional. Perhaps he needs some training on customer courtesy. All the other sales reps were courteous and helpful. The rest of my experience was very positive. Thank you.

Very expensive! I paid 145 for only 32 miles trip. Also when I picked it up I found the fuel gauge is at 75% and when returned it I put 4 gallons and I received a message that my card has been charged $17 for additional fuel!!! But it wasn’t full when picked it up! This ruined my entire day!

Had a reservation on 2/3 and went in at 9:30 am. There was a lady with tattoos and hat who was rude. She spoke to customers like we were bothering her. She was not friendly and does not have customer service skills. The truck I rented had transmission problems. The brakes were also bad and I had to hit the brake multiple feet before making a complete stop. Will never rent here again

My experience with the actual unit was fine, but for a month after moving out I got sent multiple bills and the manager would not respond to my multiple emails explaining that I did not owe anything. Nonetheless, I kept getting late notices and letters in the mail. No response. Finally I contacted UHaul customer support and they were shocked at this incompetency and were very helpful. This ending soured my experience with UHaul moving and storage at nrg and I will never rent here or recommend it again.

Only negative is that the prices for the storage units on the wall and the paper they give you to find your unit are not updated so I was confused at first. Online prices are updated though. Also, I had reserved a 1st floor storage but when I arrived they said only second floor was available.

I was concerned about my things the entire time, especially because of the payment dates being inconvenient, but my things were all in tact just as they went in. The location is very busy and very clean, including restrooms! Miss Amanda Brown runs a tight ship where everyone seems friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I was especially impressed with her leadership and management style. She seem to work harder than anyone there and cares about the location, people and her employees. I want to especially highlight employee "Aldi or Auidi" who was always super nice and kind. Congrats to Miss Amanda for a great location, management and customer service.
