arthur rI don't think this is anything that can be improved. But thanks to murphy's law as soon as I pulled out of the lot the odometer move up to the next mile. Then when I was returning the vehicle the odometer moved up to the next mile once again. Just coincidence but I thought it was just my luck. lol
lynne zLou was beyond rude. Your sign says to STAY IN THE VEHICLE when you return. When nobody came out for 10 mins and I called he didn’t need to have an attitude and peel out in a truck out of anger.
Fredric LGreat customer service. Kind of pissed the app didn't end up working out. Used the app to schedule an off hour pick up. Received confirmation, showed up on time, jumped on the app to figure out the key process only to find the app said to call customer service. I needed the truck for a specific time and I missed a window of transfer. Very very frustrating.

Laurie GThe whole experience was seamless. Professional and fast check in and check out. Truck was clean!! The only thing that is frustrating is not having the trucks on a full tank of gas and having to gauge refilling it back to the needed amount. I rent a lot and the company is clearly using this tactic to make some extra money on either side….. clients are either filling it up too much or not enough. Either way uhual gets the benefit. Might want to rethink this. But again, service and truck were excellent.

Eric WOnline check out process needs to be streamlined. Took too long to do and charging a $20 convenience fee to have the people that actually work there do it is absolutely absurd. When will companies stop charging customers extra fees to have employees actually do their job .
Bryan KApp didn't work for mobile pickup. Truck smelled like cigarettes. Not enough people working. But location is very convenient and supply was plentiful.

I had some packing guys with me who had packed up my U-Haul truck and then came with me to unload and pack up my storage unite. When they saw the unit I had rented, they said, "that's too small". So, I told Scott my dilemma and he immediately went to work searching for other potential units at this site. Unfortunately, there were none available and I was panicked. Then, Scott looked at any units that might be marked "dirty" and found a bigger unit. It was actually in move-in condition and my packing guys were able to get all of my stuff in the unit. Scott's focus on the customer was a breath of fresh air and he made me a big fan of U-Haul, especially since I have had a very bad experience with PODS in the weeks prior to this visit.
John J | Online Move InI understand why there is no lighting inside the actual storage rooms and I don’t know how you would manage that. Not having lighting in the little room there’s a little bit of a challenge. I did see an electrical outlet as I was sweeping out. Perhaps tell customers to bring their own lighting? Lou, in Nashua, was VERY helpful. He was wonderful to deal with. He alone would bring back my business or give me cause to recommend the facility to others.

I took it over the phone and came back and completed the rental. It could not have been easier and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Five stars all around.

He was brilliant, efficient, and very engaging, making the whole moving process as enjoyable as such a thing can be. Anthony G | Overall ExperienceI was totally devastated after showing up at the Amherst location and being told my reservation for a unit was not honored because they had no units. I had just traveled 1300 miles for 3 days across the country and had nowhere to put my things. I took the chance and headed to the one on Daniel Webster. That’s where I met Shane, and I’m so glad I did! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the unit we needed, that we didn’t have to use the stairs, and that we were able to return the equipment we rented at this location, instead of the Amherst one. The place was very busy. Once he cleared all customers, and the store was closed, he still came to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. He also helped me make sure I could take the vehicle off the transport trailer. I was a little disappointed about the prices being higher than the other location, but I haven’t seen customer service like that in so long! That service made me know the money I was paying was well worth it! Thank you Shane!
