For starters upon moving in my wife and I was greeted by a ton of dirty clothes, beer bottles, and cigarette remains. Which gives me the inclination that someone homeless may have turned that storage unit into their personal dwelling. The day after moving in, I started calling the facility to make them aware of our findings until this day no one has reached out to us about our concerns after several calls and email attempts. With that being said, we decided to move out and we will probably never use U-Haul storage again. Such a terrible experience.

I reserved the largest unit offered when I went to the office I was told it was not available after moving my belongings into the smaller unit that I was offered which did not hold all my belongings. I had to rent a second unit online which I was off for the large unit that I originally reserved and it was available in the same location so I had to pay over $200 for our unit that I would not have had to pay for had the representative gave me what I reserved in the first place I would like a call about this matter

The hallway was soo small that I couldn't fit my couch in. The lights keep shutting off so I couldn't see. They had rats that chewed up my boxes and pooped on the furniture.

Anytime there was a problem the staff was friendly and very willing to help. They corrected any issue quickly and thoroughly without any grief. My only issue was the unit was hard to close because it was difficult to line the bolt up with the hole. I did not mention this to the staff because I didn't think there was anything they could do about it, although I am sure with my experience with them they would try everything they could. You have a great staff at the Long Pond facility and if I need a storage unit or a truck again I will definitely be going back there.

When I came to get my stuff out of storage there was a extra lock on my unit making it impossible to get my belongings. I was unable to reach after hour management so I had to come back the next day. Staff was great but management putting an extra lock in my unit because of the lock type was ridiculous and inconvenient.

I moved out a month ago and was still charged for storage twice. Also I paid my bill one time and the next day they still had a lock on my storage and I could not gain access. Store never answers, and now location is closed and I have to wait to get my money back

The person who gave me the service treated me in a way of a rasismo because I am of Latin prosedencia and for that reason she stole $10.83 because she insinuated that I did not put gas in the vehicle when I even showed her the receipt. I treat myself as if it were garbage. I think I will not use your services again due to that person and I am going to take legal action against that person for stealing money from me.

Dave who is amazing Fassett getting me my storage unit and the drop off knowing I was tired and aggravated from the long drive. Thanks Dave you’re great you made it very easy for me. The only problem I have is the U-Haul leaks it rained for three days and got some of my stuff wet and ruined a couple pictures and of course my boxes fell through! But that was nothing to do with Jefferson tire, or this U-Haul location! Both pick up and drop off

I did 42 miles in a cargo van and had to put almost 6 gallons of gas in it to bring it back to full. Its either a poorly maintained gas guzzler or, more likely, not really full when I took it out.

I didn’t see the email before I left but I took a picture because there was a dent on the drivers door I noticed before I left the lot. When I returned the Cargo Van I made them aware of the dent and showed them the Picture I took. As far as the Service the employees were excellent . When I called they had no cargo van available but asked how long I needed it . The next reservation for the Van was at 4 PM . So I was able to use it and return it on time before 2PM.

I originally tried to book through Penske and pick up at Home Depot on w ridge rd but they had technical difficulties and poor customer service while handling them. I came to u-haul and they made the process so seamless and stress free. A complete 180° from what I had just experienced. The gentlemen that helped me were very pleasant and do their jobs immaculately.

The van was fine, a little beat up but did the trick... The problem I have is having $150 stolen from me for "gas" because I can't dispute it because I didn't take a picture of the gas gauge on drop off. I returned the van with more gas then I got it, I was even told I would get an $18 credit if I returned it with more then a quarter of a tank which I did. To literally lose $150 because I didn't take a picture of something that they then lied about blows my mind.... I put $80 in gas into it and drove less then I predicted that only should have taken $50 to cover so I would be safe.

1. The truck very average and not truly clean or well kept. 2. Truck was parked behind the gates. Staff should have come out to take the truck out for me. 3. He never came to show any of the things in and around the truck or its gadgets. 4. Called me while I was driving back from Greensburg, PA as to why the truck was not back in time!! 5. Gas was 2/3. I did not know to fill up 2/3 the tank. May be it was a tad less. Charged $10 for that. 6.Sorry but very poor service and unlikely to come back to your place or any U Haul. My stitches popped n now my hand is split open n bleeding after my bleeding never happened till i fell at your facility n im still suffering, my knee sometimes wont let me out of bed or get out of the car like today its cold n rainy if i wasn't 2 old 2 move my stuff again b4 i find my apartment i would've ALREADY DONE IT. The past two years have been a very smooth experience. From the initial rental of one unit, and a last minute rental of a second unit when we moved, then downsizing as we got rid of stuff, everyone has been very accommodating and pleasant to work with. They keep the facility clean and the units were in good working order. I would highly recommend them and would return if needed.

I pulled in with the truck - went into the office but nobody was there. There was another customer inside looking for help too. We both went outside to look for someone - the other customer yelled into the lot to find a employee. He answered back that he would be in office shortly- he told me to just put my key on the desk and then I can leave. I don't think that's a good way to handle returns.

Terrible experience, with my truck loaded and ready to check out, I waited for half an hour with the door locked to the office at 10am on a business day. I had alot to do an my time was wasted. I would not recommend this U Haul to anyone. I made 2 calls to the manager to no avail. A woman who tried to get a unit had to drive away because the office was unattended.

All my personal belongings were ruined by mice and rats. I had to throw away everything I own. There was RAT POOP everywhere, we took pictures and Dave manager of uhaul and Steve did also. The customer service was horrible! They really inconvenienced me with my storage unit. Hey hey guy never gave me my storage card and I had to leave my belongings in the truck all night. I was on hold for 2 hours with uhaul trying to fix my resvervations. Then I went to get storage the next day and they were changing my unit all over to different ones. Then they told me to go to one then that was the wrong one and I had to drive the truck all the way back to the same one from the first time . Uhaul Costed me a lot of money

Staff was very stuck up and sarcastic. Lacked empathy for anything involving the customer. They don’t work with you at all either. I’d rather be shot than to do business with U Haul ever again. FOH

Staff was impersonal and rushed the check-in and truck inspection process. I had to drive my rental onto the lawn and around other trucks to park and return as the lot was completely full.

found a puddle of water in the bottom of our unit at the end of our 3 month storage in the unit. Everything stored there reeked of mildew and one bag had to be trashed due to BLACK MOLD growing inside

The uhaul worker was very nice and knowledgeable. My mattress was wet on one side and part of my sofa was wet and molded....I put it in the garbage. The unit had spiders.....

Jasimine was very rude stated that she never saw the rev, customer service called her about the matter and she gave a diff. unit instead of what was offered not do to not being available very unhappy.

I have rented a storage area from the Ridgeway Ave location three times. Once 1999-2001 second time 2002-2004 and the third time 2017-2018 I was satisfied each time. I like access with the gate
