Very little hassle
Toni B | Overall ExperienceI'm pretty upset because I don't get a refund for leaving early. My account was due on the 8th of the month and I checked out on the 12th, so I used only four days of my time. Also I got charged late charges twice when it was supposed to come out of my checking account and no refund for that.

Going to check the email now. Didn't have original contract available so just filled the truck up. Last company I rented from when I brought it back full hooked me up so we'll see who I use this next time shortly.

ROBBI A | First ImpressionsI requested a 15-foot truck, was promised a 15-foot truck, was told when I called the day before pick-up to confirm my reservation and learn pick-up location if not Aberdeen, that a 15-foot truck was awaiting me in Aberdeen. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told they had only a 20-foot truck and I would have to drive 60 miles to get a 15-footer. By this time, I was on a tight timeline with half a dozen friends waiting to help me load and I had no time to drive 60 miles each way to pick up the truck size I had requested and was assured at every stop of the process would be available.

John GConvenient and clean storage! It was great, having the loading bays and carts to use. The cost is a little higher than other storage units, but I would use Uhaul storage again in a heartbeat. I never thought of a storage facility having amenities. Loading bays, carts, security, climate control, restrooms... all worth the little extra price. This is my new go-to when I need a storage unit again!

Thomas LThe 24 hour return qr code didn't work for me. I couldn't find where to return my vehicle on the app. It was very frustrating. Lucky someone at the store was just leaving and he helped me out. He was very nice to stay late to help me return the truck I rented.

Complaining about cold hands and said the company doesn’t supply gloves Door latch on uhaul trailer stuck. Had to tap it with wood to open and close door continuously. . Lights on first trailer not working. Not impressed. I usually deal with the older gentleman whose name is Tim. He is the reason I keep coming back. He’s nice. And accommodating and gets me on the way with my purchase. You need to train the young guys I won’t go back unless Tim does my arrangements. This is in Aberdeen SD. 218 North location.

Three years ago in 2019 we rented a 5x8 trailer and had an opportunity for a free storage Unit but the closest one available was in Fargo, ND and we were not able to use that opportunity and ended up spending almost $200 on local storage for 2 and half months. It was also during Covid in 2020 and we tried to get an extension with UHAUL but were not successful.

Rented another space for $10 more per month than reservation price. Facility was very clean and is in the process of expanding.
