Location and access very convenient for us. Check-in and final check-out very easy. Our unit was clean and dry when we moved in and stayed that way until we moved out. No complaints .

This was the second time we have rented at this same facility and both experiences were fine. My only complaint is that I moved the last of our items out of the unit on October 31st and notified the office staff in person on November 1st that the unit was empty. I was expecting to receive a refund for the un-used days of rent that I had just paid (a full 1/2 month). I was very disappointed that I was not refunded for the unused portion of my rent.

And hope to seek some truth or evidence of someone illegally in my unit. your team in Atlantic mine are very sweet and. Kind . I don't blame your facility, or staff. I blame the local thieves that would be have done it to anyone , it just so happens it happened to me . For the price I pay each month, it should be guaranteed with 🔐 security an all. But keys open doors and who knows who got a copy of mine before I replaced it . I've been there three TIMES. Twice when I got a call saying my lock wasn't locked appropriately. I'm just hoping your security team catches whomever did this to me and my family. Thanks
