The truck was fine and the check in process was great but the customer service was very lacking. There was no one inside the store when I came in and when the clerk did come in, he didnt not speak nor acknowledge me. I spoke to him and he acted like he did not here me. The person who did wait on me, I think was the store manager, I could be wrong, he was a little better but customer service is not a priority at the East Ridge, Tn store

I not only will never use Uhaul again, I will tell everyone I know not to use Uhaul. and I will post a copy of my receipt on Facebook and all other social media I can possibly post it on! Seriously, an after hours fee of almost $22.00? You have got to be kidding me. Nevermind the fact that I filled the truck up completely with gas when I didn't have to (well over 22 dollars worth), but you're telling me you didn't want the truck, in completely clean ordered, returned and there first thing Sunday morning so that you can rent it earlier to someone that may need it on a busy day like Sunday? Ive had to reschedule my reservation several times due to sickness & weather & everyone I spoke to was very helpful & understanding I do reccomened using Uhaul now the equipment is up to date & it much nicer to deal with everyone now compared to before

There was nobody there when we arrived and we had to go to the website to get instructions, finally got the key to the truck. I tried to call the number we had and got put on hold, finally hung up after fifteen minutes.

The trailer that we rented was old and beat up and out of alignment so it made the drive back to Oklahoma pretty rough. I would suggest updating the equipment. But the service was great and very helpful.

I bought Ratchet Tie Downs and Rope at Wal-Mart to use in the truck. You should consider renting tie downs as well. Just a thought.

The only way to "return" the truck was to use the app that refused to work. Said it could not verify my location even though I was sitting behind the truck. Then it says there is a $20 ""convenience" fee for doing it the next day. Well there was no one at the location at 7 am which is when it was supposed to be returned, and with app not working it was leaving me no choice. Also; when I ordered the rental I specifically requested NOT to have a two wheeler. I did not open the truck until I got to my loading location and so did not know it was in there with a seal on it. That put the 2 wheeler right in front of the door right in the way of loading giving me no choice but to break the seal to move it out of my way. This is done presumably to facilitate that if it is there, it will be used and therefore can be charged. But it is neither convenient nor acceptable to put it in the truck when the application specifically asked if you want one and the ignore your answer. I called customer service and complained and as far as I can tell I avoided the charge, but if I had not, I am sure I would have been charged for it.

They were standing out front when I arrived and waived me into a covered parking area. Within a couple minutes I was checked in and on my way. A stress free end to a very long drive. Thanks East Ridge staff.

There was a gentleman standing outside when we arrived to return the truck and TD who quickly guided us to drive around building and pull into loading/unloading area. Within a couple minutes he had inspected the truck and TD and told us we would all done. I informed him about the water leaking issues in the moms attic and he said when I reports that to haul the truck will be taken out of service and inspected. He immediately began a through cleaning of the truck cab and even swept the box of the truck even though it was already clean. The return facility obviously had more pride in quality service the the renting facility. Thanks guys, your really awesome.

Hire more staff. The line for pickup was four people long, and after the worker helped the first three he left for 10 minutes to help a customer with equipment outside, leaving me standing at the counter alone while other customers lined up behind me. Also, the online reservation and pickup is pretty much useless.

The service I received and the truck that I rented was all good. My issue is with the billing. I paid an amount on the date of the rental and then once I checked in I am now being billed an additional $95 even when I returned it of had a schedule and with less mileage. I have not heard any response to my queries regarding this but am confused regarding the additional $95. Thanks, Joe

The cab could have been cleaner, but I guess I shouldn’t expect much from a truck rental since you’re going to get all types of people renting them. ??????? I just didn’t really want to rate the location badly for it because the people who work there were very pleasant and helpful.
