Jesus AI ordered mover which was offered on your site(U-Haul) I got them because the name U-Haul is very reliable but unfortunately the mover didn’t show up, So don't let the U-Haul name become trash when you advertise for an unreliable company like these movers.
Darlene DI rented equipment at aroung 6pm on April 4th with intention of returning it at 11 am on april 5th to which i ended up returning it earlier at around 8 am, for which your employee charge me for a 2 day rental when i only had the equipment for roughly 14 hrs. Pls make sure you train your employees better.

Oscar MEnsure that customers email is entered correctly. I haven't gotten an email with my contract. This survey is the only email I've gotten from Uhaul. I have no proof that I rented or returned my rental. Still waiting for proof of rental.

Oscar MI would just recommend to let customer know about doing truck inspection before driving off or let them know they will be receiving text to inspect truck before driving away. I didn’t see text until 2 hrs later. Link had already expired.
Mayra Ma more thorough inspection of equipment would be great for safety. on route to my destination the driver side windshield wiper broke off. it might've been windy but the gust were not strong and it affected my visibility to dangerous levels due to rain and fog. without the wiper I put myself and my passenger at risk. also for the drop off to be the same as i am not a delivery service, the service seemed rushed and they had allocated drop-off to two different location for the equipment when i had requested the same location. only one was sent to me via text message so i was caught off guard when it stated only the trailer was going there. the third person to help me on the phone customer service was nice and inviting to help me resolve this issue.

RAFAEL RI was given a van with a flat tire. I rented this exact van last week and had the low tire signal on as well. However last week it wasn’t much of an issue. It stayed at about 56psi. Yesterdays rental was at about the same. I loaded up went to my event and when I went to move the van to park I noticed it was all the way down to 20psi. I was on a time restriction and had already unloaded for an event, I couldn’t go back to exchange the van. So I dealt with it, aired up after the ent at 9pm. Woke up in the morning to 8psi. Had they checked the van last week they would have seen the tire needed to be repaired.
Andrea BNo I have very bad experience it was only me and my daughter and I had to hire somebody to help us the first time I rented the U-Haul they said they don't have any dollies because they were all being used I said really if you have a truck you should have a dolly for the person's to use and he looked at me like I was crazy I guess the second time I rented which was today Friday I got a smaller one cuz I didn't need a big one I told him that I didn't know that this one I rented did not have the ramp and they told me because it was a smaller size U-Haul this is not fair and right especially if you're a woman I know there's some woman that do use heavy equipment but not us I'm 64 years old so I had a higher another person to help us today and he accidentally broke my refrigerator so I want to know what do I do because I want somebody to pay me for my refrigerator that broke and very very bad poor experience that's sad thing about it is that you guys are the only ones here in Imperial Valley or I would never do this again I will be calling that number

Raymond LWhen I pickup the truck it had the check engine on, went back to the office and the employee came out with an OBD and simple erase the code. That did not give me any confidence since I was going to be on the road. When on the raod the check engine light turned on again. I delivered the truck and explained the person the situation. At the end I went over a couple of miles and was charge for it. You cannot be based on the exact miles from point A to point B. Their should be at least 50 miles more. You never know what can happen on the road.
Higinio GI got over charged for dropping the auto tranporterter somewhere else than I said that I would have. That's just not right
