Maria LThe process of renting a vehicle is overly complicated and burdensome. I was forced to provide a phone number of a friend to verify who i was. I don't give my own phone number out unless I have to. The process requires the customer to enter all of the information while the U-Haul representative just stands there. You should really consider changing how you rent out vehicles. I almost walked out. I've already told several of my associates about my negative experience and will never rent anything from U-Haul in the future.

michael bWas impossible to complete the transaction on the U-Haul app on my phone even with the attendants help in the store. The app did not work. It took maybe 45 minutes to complete what should have been a 10 or 15 min deal! The attendant was very nice but the equipment was terrible. Also there were no places for customers cars in the parking lot!

Maria LThe crew at this location is amazing. No issues with customer service. I am a weekly repeat customer and would like to see the computer system somehow be upgraded to be faster. I feel there is a lot of time being spent on getting the customer checked in and out the door due to the current system in place. I'm not a tech guy, but Im sure something can be done to improve the speed.

Tamara HKarliil (not sure of spelling) was amazing. We had some issues with the electrical connection for the lights/blinker and he fixed it all. His demeanor was patient and helpful. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to fix the problem. We were in a time sensitive situation and even though Karlill was done with his work day he stayed to make sure we had everything we needed for a safe trip. Thank you!!!

Two months was very nice, very helpful, and seemed like a very hard worker.. the manager had a don’t give a shit attitude, a very bad attitude. There was a guy behind me and the new guy asked the manager if he could wait on the other guy in line, he responded he can wait. But I give five stars to the employee that was trying to keep things together I would make him the manager.

Jean HThe phone service for the direct location was horrible . The number was call forwarded to a cell phone and took a few times to get through with wound up being a dead end. I called the national number , they were excellent .The first trailer I was picking up , while connecting I discovered was missing a license plate , while waiting for the sale attendant a lady employe came out and thought I was steeling the trailer, blocked me in and called the office . They switched the paper for another trailer and Unfortunately that car trailer I rented was broke . I have photos . It caused damage to my vehicle , time and more money than if I hired a tow truck . The sales kid was nice and professional but the equipment caused issues.
Pete RThe mobile pick up option is long and confusing. The attendant took the key out of the lock box but didn’t tell me until I came looking for it. Felt like I was on a wild goose chase for the truck and the key.

Celestine MI felt the parking lot right outside the office had a lot of debris scattered around the ground and as I drove through, I was concerned that I was going to pick something up and puncture one of my tires. Otherwise the experience and the staff were excellent.

That vehicle wasn't even checked in or cleaned. I had to wait 30 minutes for u haul associate to finish with that customer 1st. Not happy!

It was and I did indeed measure, it was 9.5x9.4x6 and the floor was made of wood and my things were damaged. No elevators, but had the nerve to have a second floor. Whomever built this storage unit only had money in mind, not the consumer needs.

Calling over the phone is so tiring that one may have to listen to music anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes, listening to the same advertisement stuff time and time again !!! Once it started moving, it was perfectly OK.

As we had never rented before they took the time to walk us through how to get in, where to park and answered any questions that we had. While the facility itself was in good condition, our unit has 2 large holes. 1 in the side of the wall and 1 in the ceiling. For the price we pay per month I would've liked a unit that was fully secure without holes.

There was a lock on the storage room it took two hours before someone was able to drill into the lock so could move my belongs in. This storage room was confirmed three weeks before I showed up 2/11/22. Extremely unprofessional staff. Non caring attitude. One staff member smelled like he had been smoking weed. Over all terrible experience

Moving can be very stressful and the team there went above and beyond to accommodate me. I rented a truck to move my belongings from my storage unit. The truck was ready as soon as i got there, checking out was a breeze. It was a pleasure to work with this manager and his team.

Plus the gate can’t stay open so if you’re moving a lot in and out, that will be annoying as you have to keep swiping your access card. This particular location doesn’t do a great job parking the trucks that come in so there is always a truck blocking the entrance.

She said she couldn't give us a key to use the storage but when she finished with the line of people she would open it for us. Essentially we rented a storage area but couldn,t use it. Everone was complaining and talking about never using you again. I was furious . Where was MR Ryan Nedd. So many other problems occurred. I was furious and exhausted I want you to know I never complain because of many reasons. Worried about the potential damage it could cause Maybe I don't understand what was really happenning. But this experience from the moment I decided to use "U Haul" was so outrageous .
