Truck had hard time starting, but the staff was helpful. Namely the guy who helped me in the lot getting my truck and when I returned it. He was helpful and assisted me both times right away.

the only issue i had is there upper level storage units are up 6-7 stairs with no lift.

Your facilities are priced way too high$169.00. We had to work around palettes to pull out our stuff. 2 years no mice. Last 6 month, dead mouse skeleton, mouse poop everywhere. Had to throw out stuff

Repwest has been really horrible at handling a subsequent claim--as in has not responded in almost 2 weeks after the original claim. Check your partner.

1) There were three people in line and only one employing them even though the second guy was standing right next the working employee. 2) The computer was so slow - it took forever to get checked in. 3) The outside area is terrible only one way in and the same way out. I have to ride around the block twice in attempting to get on the property, finally had to park across a busy street and walk to get on the property. Employees should made sure the entrance was not blocked. 4) since I had to wait and was delayed in checking in, I was told I would lose part of the six (6) hours I was promised I could rent the trailer .

The location is convenient, but very cramped. Difficult to park when when arriving to pick up vehicle. Everything else went extremely well. Drop off agent was very efficient and friendly.

If you check out via the app, leave yourself some extra time because it takes some time, including taking photos of the odometer, the vehicle and where it is parked. Also had to wait in line for a little while when picking up the vehicle. But the staff was helpful and friendly.

Wish the after hours drop off process had been better explained. My husband locked up and dropped the keys before we realized what was required for the digital return process.

The entrance for the equipment drop off is not convient. Perhaps move it to the rear of the building where there isn't a busy intersection 5 feet away? Or across the street to what I believe is a UHaul overflow lot? Otherwise, staff at this location is wonderfully helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Over all it was clean but in the back the was doggie Treats and the back let no one looked back there at at all.. thats the only thing that was wrong with the truck.. this Location over all fast and clean.

Ensure truck is in proper working condition. We had to call roadside service because after loading the truck the back door wouldn't lock. First time using this 15' truck. If ever need again will ensure it works before leaving the site. I always rent from the Harlem location in Forest Park. Staff is friendly and helpful this was just unusual for them. Why I didnt rate them lower.

No complaints about service - Excellent! One problem though - hard to enter the traffic from the lot with trailer in tow. But this is not your fault? I know. Special thanks for the guys who hitched and unhitched the trailer. very pleased! Happy New Year!

I was disappointed to receive a phone call asking if I returned the truck. The U-Haul rep that checked me in did not complete the return process. Very disconcerting to receive such a call, asking if my charge card had been charged twice, for a 2-day rental/ unreturned vehicle. I've rented a few times from this location and I find everyone there to be helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

As a UHaul corporate account holder, we have had overall excellent service at this location. Nicole and all the staff are friendly helpful and Knowledgeable. There were issues at times with the connection between my on line corporate orders and what the location had in there system, and once we overcharged due to an accounting error. The issue was eventually resolved.

I was LIVID at drop off. I was never told where to leave the truck and was back and forth on the phone for 45 minutes with the 24 hour support figuring out where to leave the truck. I don't live anywhere near the area and the streets around the location require a permit to park and support told me I couldn't leave the truck there and had to bring it back the next day. My apartment requires permits too so there was no place to leave the truck to come back. I was told "I don't know" by three different people. I requested a refund after getting the run around for 45 minutes and it was not sent through. I will not return to this location.

The location is congested and difficult to maneuver. Our truck door was broken so we had to wait 2 hours for roadside assistance. However, the store was very accommodating. They gave us an extension on our rental and a discount on the rental.

Improve the check-in process. I returned the trailer Wednesday at 4:00pm and the crew never checked it into the computer. I had the trailer for about 29 hours out the 48 I reserved it for. Today Friday I received an email saying I owed $48 for after hours return and an additional day rental. I sent and email to mailto:857077_GM@uhaul.com and the charges were reversed. Receiving the additional charges after turning the trailer back in early really ticked me off. It was resolved quickly, BUT it should never have happened in the first place.

The guy that filled up My paperwork wasn’t that friendly he was on his cell phone while he was preparing my paperwork he didn’t use the credit card that was on file he made me used a different one which I didn’t plan to this guy doesn’t have customer service he needs to improve a lot

Not sure I would recommend this location. Access to this location is difficult because the entrance is at a busy intersection. Personnel were too busy on the phones to provide assistance.
