I was then told I had to drive the truck 15 minutes down the road making me late for my next appointment. I will never recommend or use uhaul again.

Jon HogganEvery time I have had to use this location, the truck barely runs, pick up time is awful even when u use the app. Takes at least an hour. When I return U-Haul makes errors like adding an extra dolly when I only had 1 or adding mileage. My recent return 2 miles were added so I had to go inside and have them adjust it which took 20 min. Overall it takes too much time to pick up and drop off and to have errors every time. Awful I absolutely hate renting U-Haul. Can’t wait to buy a truck so we never have to come here again. We HAVE to use U-Haul again next week and I already have anxiety over it. Truly hate using U-Haul

Vallerie GarciaI rented a truck and I kept it longer then I first thought I was going to!! I extended my rent two times!! The first time I went into the office and it was good!! The second time I called and the guy at the costumer service line told me that the card I used was seen as a prepaid card!! I do not understand how it is seen as a prepaid but ok!! So he asked me if I had a different card!! So I told him my other card number!! I told him I didn’t want this card charged because I wanted it on my other card!! He told me that was fine I just had to tell them when I turned the truck in!! So I told them and they didn’t see that charge on my account!! So I got charged for the rest of the bill I did not understand why I had to pay more when they took it from the other card!! The lady told me that that charge did not show on the computer!! She told me that charge on the other card would drop off!! Well it hasn’t happened yet and I am on a fixed income and have bills I need to pay!! So I think it is very rude that because I could not go into the office and I called and put it on another card and it doesn’t show up on your computer!!!! I showed the lady my bank app and showed her the charge that has the UhAul name!! She didn’t seem to care!!

I call U-Haul and they say to drop off at their location 12 minutes away from where I am. They charge based on mileage and gas so this was frustrating! The entire experience I had was terrible, as if moving wasn’t stressful enough already. It’d be a good idea going to a different moving company. Their prices are not even as it stated in checkout online, they up charge when you get there.

Got me a storage unit but once I went to the facility took almost 40 minutes to convince them that we had a storage there when he was rude and kept on saying the storage place was full. tried sending us 50 miles away From the storage unit I paid for it she finally realized that I purchased one and then we were able to get inside only 30 minutes later after they had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way in order to get to the storage. One of the gentleman couldn’t even run the forklift to move stuff out of the way. It was absolutely ridiculous.

The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed
Christine Baker | Overall ExperienceWhen I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...

If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
