CHRISTOPHER L | Overall ExperienceYour trailer hitch has no capacity for attaching a lock. Every trailer i own (boat, Utility etc.) has the ability to secure the hitch with a lock. This improves security (anti theft) and saftey, (helps eliminate trailer from coming detached from the ball). When replenishing your inventory with new trailers this issue should be addressed.

I reserved a storage unit online and was disappointed when I arrived to find that that particular size unit was unavailable. I was able to reserve the next smaller size unit. The truck that I had rented had a horrible smell of body odor but the truck overall was extremely clean. The front end of the truck seemed to have quite a lot of play in the steering. Was hard to keep it between the lines in the air conditioner did not work at all. I would absolutely recommend this location just because of the office staff.

Its hard to get someone to answer phone just for storage needs only. The primary concern is the truck rentals. I gave up many times calling for various reasons because of how phone rolls over to mainly Uhaul concerns. The staff was great though. The couple before and Tina who is there now is awesome. I feel bad that she has such a load on her shoulders. Give her a raise please, dont take all that rate increase money and keep it for yourself. Good employees hard to come by. I worked 4 years in storage industry, I know how it goes.

It went from $220 for 2 units to $186 for 1 unit. That didn’t seem right or fair to me. Other than that disappointing surprise, I was very happy with the facility in every way.

Frequently, I'd pull in and see several Rental returns down the row, blocking the exit gate. Sure, I could reverse and back up, but not very convenient. If I had known it was such a congested row, I'd have requested a different aisle.
