I had to get out, put in the code and run back into the drivers seat to open the gate. By the time I got back there and started driving in, the gate started to close. I had to have another customer do it for me, to finally get in.

I love that it’s one level and you don’t have to use stairs or an elevator.

This is a dangerous situation and I can’t even reach anyone to ask them to remedy it.

I had to go cross town to pick up a truck, after I made a reservation a month ago. My storage was Lavern but had to and pick a truck on baseline. Make to baseline and they did not have my truck size and I had to take a smaller truck, which didn’t fit all of my stuff… I lost a lot of my personal items on my way to Spokane. I will not use uhaul again.

Outside of Terri providing world class service not a place I would recommend to anyone. Everyone is in charge but leadership. People price customers from emotions. One person said free, another person quoted a flat rate and the Storage Manager labor cost dumping fee etc.... I've called U Haul customer service line to registered concerns she recorded but no response yet from anyone. When I called the Call center per protocol emails go to General Manager of the store first, as I requested a District Manager elevation and was denied.

denis b | Overall ExperienceI've been with U-Haul since 2014 between 3 to 4 different ones but I could no longer afford the rates that you guys keep jacking up every so many months; which therefore forced me to move out of the storage unit. You're pricing is extremely high in my opinion. I've been at this specific location since 2017 and I seen a lot of changes during that time. Everything was great when Lynn and her husband were the General manager's but they moved on and now run the Ahwatukee facility. Since they left their has been a number of different manager's but the facility was never the same . The grounds were not kept up to par along with the restrooms. Their use to be carts for everyone to use but now their is only 3 carts total left and the carts are left in only the first building which was so inconvenient. I would give a 5 star rating but since Lyn and her husband left I could honestly only give maybe a 2 star rating. Also what was really inconvenient was the fact that I paid for 24-hour access and did not have its a majority part of the time because no signs were displayed boldly to be seen for U-Haul returnees to not Park in the entrance.. this last month I had taken off the 24-hour access to start the following month but was charged to full amount but tonight access the full month until the last 3 days that I was there. Very very disappointing.

We traveled over 4 hrs to drop items off. Horrible. They didnt even give me lock at first I had to call them at the office and my husband had to drive all the way to the front pick it up. They could have easily used their little golf cart they used to take us to another spot which he drove super fast while my son and I were in the back. Kinda of scary but at this point we just needed a storage unit. A rodent bait box was even in there. Rodents....augh..what a scary thought. I really dont need rodents nibbling or ruining and of my items. Hoping for the best here.

I'm not angry or mad these are just my comments I don't have any interest in pursuing this
