Tim HTruck had an extreme smell of marijuana. Anyone who rents a truck with the smell like this runs a chance of running into issues with law enforcement and or could result in jail/prison time. Will be doing a smell check before renting another vehicle form this location and would like to see U-Haul step up and rectify this issue as I’m sure this is not standard practice for their company

Robin WWhen I placed my reservation for a 15 ft ttruck and vehicle transport no problems, but when I went to pickup truck I was given misinformation on how to pay, and was told there was a security deposit if I was paying with debit card so I had to scramble around to get funds from ATM, then when I get back to location was told I could bypass pin and run as credit therefore not needing deposit... Which that was a hassle... Then when I went to get my vehicle transport was told I had to pay an additional $440 bc the computer did split reservation since I came back to get transport even though I had already paid, so I had to wait for like an hour to get that resolved, but Brittany the associate who helped me was amazing and kept engaged with me and my child while we were there, but letting me know what was happening every step of the way... She said she had never encountered this problem before, but with hell from different sources she was able to get me on my way... Thanks again so very much to Brittany!!!!

Nikki HThe app to check in and check out is very glitchy. I had to call support to get checked in and aquire the keys to the truck. It took over an hour and delayed my moving. Then checking out, I took all necessary pictures but when going to submit it just spins. This was not a pleasant experience. The vehicle itself was great and helped accomplish the task at hand

But it was very affordable and they even gave me change back when I thought owed them more money. Again I thank you very much.❤

Joyce P | Overall ExperienceStaff were friendly but overworked and it was way too much for them to do. They had trucks lined up to the road and people coming in to do business. It took them a while to come out and let me into my unit because it had been double locked. They were even too busy to be able to go in from cleaning trucks and check me out after I cleaned out my unit. I had to call the next day(sunday) to ask that I be checked out if the unit. This is not the staff's fault it is management's fault for not staffing better.

Cynthia VI understand maintenance on these trucks can cost quite a bit and you do need to make revenue but I found it quite frustrating that for my fiancé and I to move a mile in a 20” truck costs almost $100. I used to feel that UHAUL was the go to but after using your moving service I found some other ones that would have been more cost efficient. I hope that your company is okay, I’d love to see the prices go down.

Joyce EThe truck was dirty inside(back) and also missing the equipment I had added to my order. Also the online check in did not work so I had to go in the store which took longer than expected then had to wait for the truck to be cleaned and for them to add my blankets and dolly. One lady was very nice and got the truck cleaned promptly but the first lady I worked with told me I wasn’t able to add another driver after I checked out but the second one added another with no problem… A lot of confusion and waiting in line when I thought I’d be able to grab the truck without having human contact.overall they got what I needed done but I was late to meet my movers unfortunately. Also they never told me I needed to fold the blankets and I got charged when I dropped everything off… I hired movers so I wasn’t in the truck to read whatever “rules” were posted in there. I’d definitely recommend to let the customers know they’ll be charged if they don’t fold the blankets. That was an inconvenience.
Leigha RMy only complaint is that upon closing out my storage unit account when I removed my things on February 10, I was required to pay for February on January 21, which I did. I paid my account on time every month for almost three years and the cost went up $10.00 every year, and I was eventually paying over $200.00 a month. I was told when I secured the storage unit that whenever I ended it, that I would be pro-rated for the amount left over in a month. When I asked about that on February 10, not even half way into the month, I was told very rudely by some woman that was very rude from the beginning of the day when I even rented a truck from them as well, giving them even more money, that “we don’t pro-rate” and she walked away. No explanation, no giving me the chance to ask questions or look up my contract, nothing. She was a complete jerk from minute one of the day about everything. She shouldn’t be working for customers if that’s her personality or if she hates her job that much. I would recommend U-Haul overall highly, but this makes me reconsider that because she represents U-Haul and allows her to treat customers this way. That’s not ok and inexcusable.

Jason KCustomer service at this location was absolutely horrible. I was given the keys to my rental and told to go find it in the parking lot and match the number on my keys to the number on the vehicle. The dolly that I rented was pushed to the front door and left for me to get and put in my rental vehicle. I wasn't ever explained or told anything at all about how to return my vehicle. When I came to return my rental in the middle of taking my pictures of the vehicle the website completely shut down and wouldn't even show my rental information to finish it so I had to call costumer service and have them finish my return. After it taking almost an hour to return my vehicle it caused alot of aggravation and stress making me not to ever want to rent from this company ever again. After completing my check in and walking outside to go find my vehicle the employee that did my check in was already outside and sitting in a company vehicle sitting with the other employee smoking together. When I got in my vehicle I had to personally remove the advertisement cardboard sign out of the window. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received and wasted so much of my time walking around the parking lot searching for my rental vehicle while your employees were sitting in a company truck smoking right outside the building watching me walk around for 20 minutes, and watched me load the company dolly in the vehicle. I am also not happy and unsatisfied with the email response I received after submitting my complaint. I probably won't ever rent or recommend this location.

Rose PThe trailer lights didn't work when I turned my headlights on. The brake lights and turning signals worked, but the running lights did not illuminate when my headlights turned on. That was a safety concern for me as I traveling with my family for over one thousand miles, most of which was while driving at night.
Ryan LI had to spend the first 30 minutes of my time with the truck waiting for the ice to thaw off the windshield, then when I got to the location to load it, the latch on the back was stuck. I was already short on time due to the distance, amount of stuff that needed loaded & lack of help. When a truck is reserved, I would definitely recommend someone make sure it is ready to go. Not everyone has alot of time to deal with those issues.

Finally established automatic withdrawal. Then Yesterday when we arrived there was a red tag that said I was locked out for non payment. As it turns out we weren't locked out for non payment. The staff member said the unit was locked open. I guess we must not have closed it all the way before placing the lock on it. I do appreciate them locking the unit to protect my things but a phone call to alert me of the situation would have been appreciated. The staff was very nice and the units are clean and well climate controlled. If not for the hassle with getting automatic withdrawal set up I would have given 5 stars.
