TIM TI was wanting to rent a 5x8 trailer and the location I called said that they were supposed to have one. And someone didn’t bring it back to them. So he said that they might do something for me to get a good deal if I could bring it back for them. Well that became a huge mess that I won’t be getting involved again. I’m trying to help and had to pay more to get what I was supposed too. Because I was waiting for U-Haul to make me a deal I lost the one I could have had local. Anyways when I was stuck. Then it seemed like well I had NO OTHER CHOICE. I had to fight to try to get decent price. I’m helping out and I had to pay more. That’s great service!!! Thanks U-Haul!!

Peter KOur experience was awful. Firstly I booked a 20” truck for pick up in Fredericton and drop off in Moncton. My reservation was made a month prior. Two days before, I was contacted stating there was not a 20” truck available. We were told we’d have to take a 26” or rent a 20” in Moncton & do a round trip. This not only ended up costing an extra $200 but to add insult to injury , we were charged 2 extra hours when I got the electronic invoice. I would really like to talk to someone about this situation. Thank you

Patrick LI'd have rented at this location so many times, but for some reason the employee that was working at the day I pickup the truck asked so many question that made me upset. 3 Phone numbers Face photo Emergency contact with another phone number When I ask him why so many phone number he got upset and became a bit rude. Either all the other employees wasn't doing a proper job asking for all these questions, or this kid had something against myself. I wasn't happy at all with the service at this time that almost made me cancel my reservation.
Arides CThe pickup process was pretty Involved to get to the point of getting the code. And the metric to imperial converting wasn't correct either, I changed the amount to 50km and it converted that to 19 miles.
John SThe rep came right out and greeted me just when I stepped out of truck. Right away squared off the truck and cleared me...fast and furious!
NICK HCheck engine light was on Gasoline engine which cost me a tremendous amount of money in fuel Big vibration between 100 and 110 km/h Was supposed to be reimbursed the blanket that I dod not take, still waiting for that refund. When a truck is scheduled to do a long trip it should be diesel

Ian HThis was the second weekend in a row where Uhaul did not set up my mobile pickup so when I went to get the truck there was no truck set aside for me. Not sure what's going on but I'd be very wary of using a mobile pickup.

Patsy RService was fine even if I have to wait a little bit. My only complain was the truck milage. I drove the ford transit for 54 km mostly on Highway and have to fill the tank with 16 L. Either the ford transit milage is outrageous or most likely the previous customer have not fill completely the tank when he has returned the truck. The employee hear my complaint but could not do anything about it.

Scott TVehicle was not available so I was sent to another location. Then I was told I couldn't have the rental unless I had it returned by 230. So I had to pay for a full days rental and could only use it for 4 hours

Scott SManager was rude and called me a liar on the phone then hung up. I have pictures before and after with a video complete walk around so there would be no dispute. He still claimed that the fuel was not put in truck and that it wasn’t reserved on the website. So they charged us for fuel and would not honour their policy about $50 if they didn’t have the reserved unit as well as charging us for a bigger truck even though it was their mistake. Wonderful customer service when the manager hangs up on your ear. Good job those calls are being recorded for quality purposes.
Toby TMaybe have the 5X8 trailer instead of only 6x12 but they did charge me the same price as the smaller one.
