The customer service was great the workers were great the truck was clean but it was a little run down. Marked dents in the truck, marked cracked windshield and there was no back up camera the rear view was gone. For such a big truck there should always be the rear view assist
Hope WYour customer parking area is too limited. I don't need a lecture on where to park when finished moving and am tired and was told at time of picking up truck I could park where I was seeing others also had done so.

Greg PDidn't receive a receipt cause the printer didn't work . 2nd after leaving and loading the trailer find out all the park light didn't work so call service they came out didn't do they job said it was a fuse which it wasn't and left. I tried to tell them it wasn't. Took the trailer back to u haul. They said it might be a fuse called my mechanic the guy was there who put the hitch on was there he forgot to hook the wires up or didn't no how so my mechanic wired it up correctly and took your guy to school. I should've been compensated 4 my time.you need contact my with some kind d of rebate b 4 I go to corporate.you have my # Mr. D Scales
damean sTruck was smoked in prior to us renting. Lighter left in side of door. I called in to report so we were not blamed. Employees and u haul cannot control that but other than that everything was as expected!

Mark MThe only complaint I have is that I moved & cleaned out my storage on March 1 2024 because of some health problems and uhaul charged me the enter $117 I don't know why I had to pay anything despite what the contract says. I am a good loyal customer at least charge me for just the day that doesn't seem unreasonable. People should be given a grace period. Thank you Bridgette Batch

vantresco wJordan was very helpful with getting my reservation taken care of. The app did not work for me. I downloaded my license hours before my appointment, but was asked to keep downloading once I was at the location for pickup. Also, I am self employed and was getting an error when I was asked to enter employment. This should be fixed because there are customers who are self employed or even retired and I’m not sure why an employer is even needed to rent a U-Haul. So app I would rate a 0 and not recommend, however the actual U-Haul representative were very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this location because of them.

I requested a year ago to get phone calls pulled to resolve prove to them that someone else was responsible for the unit, and they ignored the request and simply continued to harass me for money for someone else's belongings! Horrible place employing horrible people who have no interest in doing their jobs correctly. I will never use U-Haul again.

Told them I pumped 1.3 gallons before returning and would show them a transaction on my bank card. Didn’t end well , would never use Uhaul again, would try another company next time .

There are only 2 things that would make the place better. 1) a bright overhead light in each unit (the facility was safe and well lit, but my unit was in a dark spot and I prefer brighter light. 2) 24-hr access. I'm a night owl and I didn't like not being able to get in at night.
