The rental had a tire system warning light that was on. We spoke with the GM on duty and she stated that a tire sensor was missing. This was annoying because seeing the mileage. Also, when we returned the vehicle this morning Destiny our representative was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. She did not greet us at all. She had a problem processing my Uhaul VIP certificate and that agitated her highly. She was rude to co-workers on the phone. She hung up on co-workers and slammed the phone down at least 6 times. This was totally ridiculous. She was so animated in her actions. As a customer, I felt as though I was bothering her by doing business there. This is our 2nd time visiting this location and each time the representatives are so rude. There is no reason for this behavior at all.

Your motorcycle trailer should not be rented to tow low clearance motorcycles. My sidestand spring broke twice while trying to get it in.

The reps stated that they didn't install products even though it was listed on the building and door. Rep could not advise which trailer hitch lights to use except look at the book over there. After checking book, the item was not in stock nor could rep help find one. Had to get another company to install ball on truck and find wires to attach trailer somewhere else as well. Really put a damper on things when moving. Should have been notified in advance that install was not available way before hand in picking up the trailer rental.

Excellent in person service. Terrible app!!! It did not work on the day of my rental. The app froze up. The personnel at the location were very helpful in suggesting solutions, but ultimately, we couldn't get the app to work on the Saturday morning we rented our truck.

Everything went smoothly until I returned the truck. On the paper work when I picked up the truck Gabe me a drop off address near my destination. When I went to drop off the truck I was told that the lot was full and needed to drop off the truck at a different location. It was just down the road but still a pain to make arrangements for my ride to pick me up at a different location from what i originally told them.

Truck Ram fine. Driver side front fender, head some damage where the door would clank. If I opened it Wide But other than that it served its purpose. fortunately I'm kind of thin.

The representative the night of my pick up was very rude she was rushing me and not helpful with the questions I had. Also I signed up for 19.99 truck and ended up getting charged at total of 336.00 by the end of everything and the cost difference was never explained to me. Not a great experience at all

Your system was down for over 30 minutes, making us late to pick up the furniture we purchased. You don't mention anywhere on the confirmation, website, or app that you ONLY accept credit cards, not debit cards, for 9' vans. You ask for 2 contacts, which seems a bit unnecessary, 1should be fine. And lastly, your ability to tack on ridiculous and unnecessary fees is second to none. You advertise in giant numbers "$19.99" yet not a single rental will ever come close to being that cheap. I knew this going in, but it's still shady and damn near false advertising.

I rented a truck from Michigan to Colerain location in the Cincinnati area, which allowed me 1 month free of a storage unit.. when I got to the location the young girl working the front desk didn’t want to give it to us although we had a contract for it.. several calls were made by my wife and I, until she finally got in touch with the President of the Cincinnati region. He overrode the front desk clerk and demanded that our contract be honored.. she was upset and ask that He (President) call her on her personal phone.. He responded “NO.I want to make this quick” ..The lock that was given for my unit was a faulty lock and wouldn’t allow me in at 9pm (2 wks later)after driving 3 hrs to get there.. after calling I was told that I was wrong and that the lock should open.. no one came and it was a wasted trip.. they did have to cut the lock off due to it being a faulty lock as I had told them..I told them it didn’t seem like the same key and that it seemed to have been changed but that I needed it cut off.. they refused to do it that evening but did do it later.. I was just a complete mess.. my family and I have rented truck, trailers, as well as storage units for over 30+years and over 20 different moves.. (this location) Not only would iNOT recommend but I would advise against using then.. I hope this saves someone from the hassle and hundreds of dollars I wasted dealing with them. I actually came back to empty the unit 2 weeks early so that no other problems could arise..

I will never ever give you one more dollar of my money and I will never recommend you to anyone l! I was a tenant of the Colerain facility for about a month and they decided they wanted to raise my rent. If you would’ve kept my rent where it was for at least a year, you got a whole year of rent out of me but because you raise it, I moved out as fast as I could. Thank you. I’ll never use U-Haul again!!!!!!

SHE WILL LIE ABOUT THE THINGS THAT SHE TELLS YOU ABOUT THE COMPANY AND WHEN YOU BRING IT TO HER ATTENTION SHE WILL LIE AND SAY SHE DIDN'T SAY IT!!! I work at night and sleep during the day. I would appreciate that I could pack and unpack 7 pm- 7Am. I realize you don’t want people hanging out back there but it would be more convenient for me to access the unit at night. Also I need a large unit and none available

During the six months contract we visited several times. The magnetic card for entry/exit never worked. Hard to reach staff each time due to activity at front desk. At move out, had to wait 15 minutes at gate to exit until an employee happened nearby to go open gate. Intercom not working?? Why not offer another replacement card or code??? Very frustrating experience each time we visited… facilities were clean and well maintained.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable manager and support staff. I ended up renting a truck for extended days and they made it easy. Then moved back out after renting one way equipment. I could not believe the unit I had reserved was not available when I arrived after a 12 hour drive. Apparently the booking system and the reservation system do not connect therefore my unit was given away as it showed as available the day before I arrived.The young men working at 6pm had no clue what to do Extremely frustrating Yes accommodations were made the next day but not enough to overcome frustrations of previous day

We made a reservation with the general manager a week prior to needing a particular sized truck and was promised our most satisfaction. Sadly, promised satisfaction was not close to being MET. We had to switch our hours and got a smaller truck than we were promised. THIS MADE AN INCONVIENCE ON ALL OF US. WE HAD TO EVEN PAY EXTRA THAN WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THE COLERAIN LOCATION. VERY DISGUSTED WITH OUR TIME SPENT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR SO CALLED COMPANY.

This storage facility might as well not have a roof on it for the amount of water that came in and ruined almost everything in it, in the 2 months I rented it.
