So twelve months later times ten dollars is 120 dollars I could have gotten small plants and other lil things that would make her happy and me a star. Or I could have taken my wife out or put it on black at the casino.or gave it to a homeless family,or thrown it in the gutter..Nut when I mentioned it to them I was told,nothing can be done! Homeless people and all there cats live there pooping and puking all over the halls. Smell is unbearable. The bathrooms are always deadbolted so your code dosen't work to open them and the fans are broken also plugs do not work. Needed a forklift driver to get my tool box down. Made an appointment for 4 and driver did not show till and hour and a half later. Then would not put it on my trailer. Had to push it on by hand. Now all my stuff I stored there smells like death. The whole second floor makes baby Jesus cry.

I have pictures of EVERYTHING. I refuse to pay $500 for a storage unit that was that unsanitary. I couldn’t even go in the unit because I’m pregnant and it’s THAT nasty. Mold everywhere. The office staff is highly disrespectful and rude, every time I have tried to call to complain and let them know I will NOT be paying for a storage that ruined my brand new couch, dresser, home items, etc they never answered the phone. But it’s okay for y’all to call and harass me for $500 that you’re not getting for an unsanitary unit. I have insurance on that unit that I have tried multiple times to file a claim through and it WONT WORK. The office refused to help me, they gave me this paper that had the website but it did not work. I’m highly unsatisfied and have told all my friends and family how nasty this place is and have shown pictures to them. I would never ever ever use this place again.

Thomas M | First ImpressionsOver run with homeless. Storage unit broken in to and robbed. Streets covered in litter most days. Back gate open a lot of most days allowing anyone to come in (homeless). I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I checked with the NPR police and found 26 police reports within the last 52 weeks regarding homeless and break-ins. This facility should be shut down due to the crime it brings to the community. Management doesn't care and will tell you the homeless problem is statewide instead of addressing the problem.
David G | Overall ExperienceI was in their offsite facility. Our unit had a ceiling coating from years before that had pieces falling on all our possessions. I had to clean things off as we moved out. I mentioned it to the employee and she mentioned it was normal, no harm done. But I would have liked a heartfelt apology. I was paying for protection of my goods and although nothing was damaged, it was not fully protected. I would suggest looking at the ceiling of their units.

To be clear the attendant that checked us in promise to have the clip fixed and it was never fixed. Upon check-out the computer system wasn’t working and the attendant had to e-mail me my receipt. In retrospect I would not rent from this location again until the unit was fully ready,

Walmar A | Overall ExperienceWe came with a full truck to get the storage reservation we made at this location. Initially the store clerk Sasha was kind of rude and what seemed to me short tempered. The reservation had disappeared and our storage unit was being cleaned. Sasha didn't not find a way to help us and told us to go to a different location after we asked her several ways that we could resolve this issue there. Thankfully Tim came in and found a storage place Sasha could not. We didn't get the storage we had reserved but the one Tim found for us served perfectly. After Tim came in Sasha's mood seemed to get better. It was hard to do business with Sasha honestly and very off putting.

If you are reading this sir I'm really upset because I always paid my bill and when I was told I would get prorated and then I turned around and I'm ignored and broke I had to get rid of most of my things because I couldn't afford it anymore and when I was told I would get prorated for the 26 days I've got it out on the third and fourth day never got a return call back

One of the gates is open all the time. When told about the homeless getting in, the staff just said, "yes, they do that", and "you can call the police if you want", but did nothing about it. I would never recommend this storage facility to anyone!

I witnessed these folks coming in and going out when the gate was opened by myself using my gate code. I was unable to go to my storage unit without being accompanied by another person. When I discussed my concerns with manager “Tim” he told me they were “renting space” and were harmless and if I didn’t like it “I could move out”! If these gentlemen were paying customers, as this Tim claimed, then they should have had their own codes and not scurry through the front gate on foot ,when other patrons, like myself, opened the security gate. It was a blatant lie by a manager who has no concerns for woman or paying customers and subjected these paying customers to illegal tenants living in a commercial building, not residential. This comment by Tim was told to me, while I have been paying rent at $170 per month for 3 years. Unacceptable response, poorly managed and unpleasant staff. DO NOT RENT AT THIS FACILITY... or utilize their equipment.. it is not safe.

The unit itself was unacceptable for my needs, thus the refund. Overall, this Uhaul store is very nice and has lots of supplies with friendly and helpful staff. They were short on the size unit I would need and the only one they had left was, in my opinion, ideal for outdoor tools like lawnmowers, not for my new recliners, brand new TV, etc. Granted it's an older facility (it's actually the sister location down the street from the main store) and the unit is outdoor and not climate controlled. I should have known better or looked at it first, but it's been about 25 years since I've needed a storage unit though, so it didn't occur to me. The ceiling is in rough shape and the doorway is not a full width roll up, but rather a narrow swing out door and it just looked rough and icky inside, so I told the manager no way would it work for me and my stuff. He was nice about it, said he'd check it out and gave me a full refund.
