When filling out the rental information online, it sometimes takes a few tries to get the uhaul website to accept a picture of the driver's license. It did take mine on the second or third try.

BRIAN HCalls to the local office never go through; after 4 rings, calls are routed to the main call center which is not helpful. The uhaul app also cannot answer the questions I needed answers to.

David WI found your contract to be coercive and in poor taste/deceptive business practice as insurance scare tactics were not mentioned when I booked but only when I showed up to pick up the truck. Having insurance through my credit card and my personal insurance should be enough. As a business professional my whole career and creating and negotiating contracts U-Haul sucks and isn't even remotely trying to partner with their customers. I will never rent from U-Haul again and anyone I can influence moving forward won't either!!! Thank you....

Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Really bad customer service. I regret not going with the other more welll known company.

florence jYou advertise $19.99 a day for a pickup truck. Yet for a day & a quarter (28hrs) my bill was $95.00 & I only went under 40 miles. Please be more honest about what a rental could cost. Even though the place & the vehicle I rented was great....I won't rent again because the price was too costly for me. I'd rather pay a friend.

Kent TI was charged an extra day and extra mileage when the Uhaul website directed me to return the truck to this location on Monday. I was charged for Sunday even though I did not use the truck. Also, being charged for extra mileage, I could have returned the truck elsewhere but Uhaul website would charge me $100 more to do so. I feel I was ripped off as I did what the Uhaul website directed and I still over paid for the rental truck.

Not being able to call directly to the office to ask a simple question and wasting time with a phone bank that had no information was upsetting. I had to drive over to ask my question. Two of the staff have poor communication styles, and not being able to give full and clear instructions meant I repeatedly had to ask for more detailed instructions. Rather than verbal instructions, it would help to have the instructions and procedures on a card that I could reference.

Was given prices for units including 5x10 which is what I thought I might need but wasn't sure. I was not informed at that time that there were no units of that size available and had waiting reservations as well. I was informed of this when I came in to rent a unit. I had already made plans to start my move so I had to rent the larger unit. In their defense though, they were very busy at the time of inquiry. They were extremely friendly and helpful in every other aspect.
