Rhonda RStaff always rude, Staff unhelpful and many times my unit was double locked when they received regular payments just because they did not remove the lock after 1 payment being late. Moved out recently and I had paid a full month and did not receive the remainder of the month back prorated which is insane with what you pay for these units. Would not recommend anyone use uhaul storage.

Tyler CI put NA because the trailer was clean but. The tires were all lowest was at 15 psi tires are at bare minimum tread legal for a trailer 2/32 but all was fine I had to air up all the tires and it held pressure but would have tires replaced

David LUnfortunately, I am very poor at doing reviews. It seems like there are too few hours in the day to do such. But for Megan and the staff I feel obligated to share how much I appreciate them being who they are and where they are located. It is my "go-to" Uhaul spot! I rent several times a year from them and always walk away feeling good. They smile, are polite, and always go above and beyond to meet my towing and hauling needs! There have been several times where I get rerouted to the "default" 1-800 number and so I hang up and try again a couple of minutes later. Not only do they pick up but also call me back when they see they had missed my call! Who does that anymore? Answer: Megan and staff!!! Thank you for all you do! Tom Jenne

Other than that, this particular Uhaul Center is over the top customer service from every employee there. Roomy, comfortable and welcoming. Fully stocked with about anything you may need for your move.

William MThe app that is used to return the vehicle when no one is at the return center is confusing and not user friendly. When you open it it ask you to make a reservation? There should be a clear consideration option to RETURN a vehicle. It is VERY conversant to navigate through! Please have your IT department take a closer look into this!

barbra WThe truck I rented had loose clunking steering and it got worse when the truck was loaded, Making it hard to keep the vehicle straight. The exhaust had a leak up front by the motor and it was ticking loudly, so we drove the whole time with the windows open bc our eyes were burning due to the exhaust leak. After I returned the vehicle I did tell the employee and she just said OH! It wasn't her fault but an incentive should have been offered. I rented a several trucks previously and this experience was the worst especially with the cold weather and the windows opened and heat cranked. I also used a LOT of fuel on a short 100 mile trip.
Sean OThe ramp for this truck is too short. It is too steep of a ramp and caused a lot of stumbling and difficulty with large objects, rolling up and down the ramp. The 24 foot truck that I rented prior to this had a long ramp which I think should definitely also be on the 26 foot truck.

She was able to accommodate all changes that occurred during my move. The gentleman that checked the van back in was very courteous and made sure he covered the return inspection, asked me if I had any issues to report to him and thanked me for renting from Uhaul. I would most definitely rent from the Dix Avenue, Queensbury, NY location again key alone, high recommend to my family and friends. This location shows you how simple and easy it is to rent a vehicle with confidence. This team of associates here deserve a good word from the President of UHAUL all the way down to their Manager. These employees are keepers!!! Thanks again UHAUL, Keep Up The Stupendous Service. I will go now where else but UHAUL and most definitely at the Dix Avenue, Queensbury, NY location

Mary M | Overall ExperienceOverall facility was well lit, but the sensor lights in the aisle with our unit were out, so it was a bit dark to see. The light did not work for the duration of our rental; the person who showed me the unit noticed when it was rented, but for the month we were there it was never fixed. the door was very hard to shut and lock. I have rented from you before with no issue. The employee had to try a few times himself to shut it. Inside the unit the wall had several very long screw points sticking into the unit, so you could not put boxes of clothing close to the walls or risk puncturing the boxes and damaging items. Also, it was very easy to bump into them and cut yourself. Building and unit were very clean and safe, but the other unit I had was much better.
holly d | Overall ExperienceWe reserved a 25 ft truck for a 9 am pickup on 9/1. When we got there, there was no truck available. We were told to come back at noon, which we did, and there was only a 15 ft truck available. We had carefully laid out plans, had hired extra help, and ended up working and paying overtime on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Overall, other than the customer service rep being very nice, this was a terrible experience. We also had to rent another truck for Wednesday 9/6, which will cost us even more money.

Inside storage was only available until 4pm so we had to use a 10x10 located outside and it rained most of the time we were unloading. Glen was very helpful but only could do what he could do. Was not happy with this but everything else was okay.
