I don't usually leave comments or have much to say about standard transactions. That said, Adrian (the GM I believe) is not an employee, he is an invaluable asset to your company. He is the rare type of business man that makes customers feel comfortable and secure in your companies sales\rentals. Adrian is very personable, polite and easy to do business with, as well as hard working and forward thinking. He made my experience positively memorable and I will be asking for Adrian the next time I do business with U-Haul.
He also has a great idea about making cel phone chargers a buying option at your stores. I think you should definitely recommend his idea as my phone died while I was there and I needed to make some extremely urgent calls.
As I said before, I don't usually write in the comments or do reviews of standard transactions. Trust my words when I say Adrian makes your store a positive and elevated customer experience.

Your app is not very helpful. Your phone tree is frustrating. The place I reserved the trailer at told me the day before that they didn't have any trailers! So I called and the person I talked to didn't understand what was going on and couldn't explain to me what to do next. The next person I talked to was no better and hung up on me. The third person finally figured things out and found me a trailer, but it was over an hour away.

The UHaul app is perfect. Easy to reserve a truck and add any additional needs. I’ve used UHaul several times over the years and have never had any problems. Renting a U-Haul truck is the easiest part of moving.

Lived in St. Louis most of my adult life and have used this facility on numerous occasions from storage and moving supplies to propane refills. I can say this is definitely one of the better run facilities in the St. Louis area and I would intentionally drive out of my way to frequent this location.

I had a great experience. Theo did an excellent job in explaining what my best options were for my trailer hitch. I found his knowledge very assuring. Everyone there was thoughtful and kind. They offered me something to drink and kept me updated often on the progress of the installation. Paul the installer was very kind and did a good job of explaining everything he had done. The return process was a little daunting. I went up to the door to drop my keys and I went to the website listed. I was carrying everything in my arms from the truck and I had no idea I would have to submit 10+ photos and turn the vehicle back on, which means I had to put everything in my arms back down and climb back into the vehicle.

Had a great and easy time renting a pick up truck to haul I bed I bought. It was fast and affordable. The young lady Taylor was very helpful and nice to work with. I was greeted by a friendly young man who escorted me into the rental office. He got me in and out in a very timely manner. He had the trailer hooked up, checked and double-checked for safety and I was on the road in literally less than 15 minutes.
The return was just as efficient and the gentleman who assisted me made the process of dropping the trailer off seamless. I will certainly use St. Peters Uhaul for future rental needs.

I have used this location for storage since 2015. Much to my disappointment the cleanliness of the building has drastically gone down hill during that time I've noticed mice poop in the hallways outside of my unit. As well as spiders and dead roaches. The floors in the hallways are in need of a serious degreaser. Due to these on going pest issues and lack of overall cleanliness I will no longer use this location for storage.

I know that I had one payment left on account in case the mail carrier failed to deliver my payment. However, when I moved out, I was told that there was "nothing" left in the account. I went on-line to check that and to my surprise and my personal ignorance, I was not able to see any of the accounting records for my storage unit. My suggestion is that you add that information to all accounts, including the receipt that is already posted on the account.

UHaul went above and beyond! In the process of moving, we literally found ourselves pretty much homeless for about a week between selling our condo and getting to move into our new home. People at UHaul were the kindest people we dealt with during that week. We had to rent trucks and vans two different times and also a storage facility. They made it easy and affordable. I've had 2 good experiences so far at U-Haul. I bought boxes online and then picked them up with no waiting. Andrew was very helpful when I rented a storage room. He explained everything and even walked us to the storage unit explaining all the safety/security features at this facility. This gave me peace of mind about leaving my possessions.

This was an amazing facility with some amazing workers and it from the time I brought my first piece of equipment there till the time I checked out, they were all about the customer service. It was amazing! I had never experienced anything like it especially when you've heard other things from other people about other storage places. I asked for a 12 x12 storage there wasn’t any available, so they gave me 2 6/6 and they were all the way on 3 red floor and 4 units from another it was very hard to put my new large couch into one of the storages which now there are scratches and tears all over my brand new couch!!!

Your team there initiates helpfulness. When we walk in the door you treat you with fun respect and work to give us what we want but ask questions to help get to what we really need. If we want a 15 foot truck but really need a 10 footer, you asked questions and were quick to try to understand our problem. We are doing a self move you have made the move and all the logistics around the move much easier. We've have 3 separate transactions with you in the past month (2 trucks and a storage unit) and every time my wife and I have said we are glad we used u-haul and we are glad we used this u-haul team. We will do 2 more transactions tomorrow (a pickup truck and a bike rack) and then I think we will be moved. Your prices are the best we found and your service is top rate.

I have stored at this location for the past 15 months. The manager at the time was okay, nothing special, very much a doing her job type of person, nothing more.
At some point she had left and the present staff is now much more pleasant. They go out of their way to help you and are much more personable.
They moved me into a much more convenient locker on the first floor right near the entrance at double the size I originally had and get this, for only $6.00 more per month! Say What?!? I was almost a little sad to leave because of the great way that I was treated and the amazing deal and location that I had.
I could not recommend this location any more for anyone with storage needs, this is your go-to place, bar none.

Bugs, evidence of mice, and a repeated leak in the roof. Do not rent here. Staff is unacceptable. Taylor played on her phone for 5 minutes before acknowledging me, and then was rude. She said she was the assistant manager and the storage manager. Well, she needs to learn to manage. Don't rememberthe other one's name, but both girls are too young to be doing this job. Place needs better management.

2 concerns. 1) there was a bubble in the ceiling. Apparently holding water-approx 3gal at that point. Noticed half way they move in process or wouldn't hv rented it. Did report. Anxious to c how fast this is resolved. 2). Cannot contact store via phone during store hours. This could be problematic when have an issue of importance w unavailability of driving to the location. Not customer friendly.

Assistance manager now owns this storage location. Nice to see she can buy when I worked for you. The assistance manager owned the location in Columbia MO. I still want to sue because I still have bad problems but he was the boss even when Jim talked to him. Then fired after got back not even clocked in.
