The unit itself had no light, very hard to see in unit as it's the corner. And no outlet to hook one up. As for the rent. I was told anytime during the month we would be prorated. So for 10 days I paid for the whole month.

How extra cost were added Im disappointed and disagreed with. I will contact corporate I’m not sure who is responsible for the misinformation or issues but I followed a strict travel and it was noted upon pickup. An extra $110 was requested and UHaul has a reputation on that very issue and I have never experienced it. Mark TI again did not select this location when booking my rental because of the distance from my home. It was an almost 40 minute drive in order to return the equipment. I would not rent from UHaul again given the experience that I had with this rental. I would recommend reviewing your scheduling procedures .

Jeffrey PThe facility manager was rude even when you tell them understand about something they accuse of a problem they are having in there facility and explain u will be there as soon as you can while dealing with a family issue and ur own medical issue they demand for u to get there or she will terminate ur contract and after u do what she says and you are told the will contact u the only thing u get contacted about is to pay ur bill nothing else and I have had a storage units with uhaul at 2 other places in Texas and never ever have I had the problems or issues or being accused of anything like I have had with this facility manager. I don't have any problem with uhaul just the person at this property.

Where were contracted to drop off trailer was not available at Uhauls mistake, we were instructed to drive 40 mins out of the way and on our fuel cost to drop off. We will be making a claim for these charges if not contacted! U-Haul is getting worse and worse by the yr and we rent a lot!

I wasn’t explained anything on the contract. I will never come here again and I will be telling my family and friends not to even come here
Markita CThis was my first time renting a U-Haul truck, so I didn't know what to expect. Walking into the office, I was greeted by a pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He walked me through the steps and answered all my questions. Next, I was out the door in my rental truck. It was an easy drive, and when I returned to the office, I turned in the keys and left. It was a very smooth process for me. I would definitely use them again if I need to rent a U-Haul truck!

Chandra TI was very disappointed with this storage facility. I paid extra for a secured building but when I tried to gain access as promised, the grounds were consistently blocked with Uhaul equipment. When I tried to get help from office staff, I was ignored. The manager had the attitude of too bad, too sad. When I tried to escalate my complaint, I was given a huge run a round. When I finally corresponded with the area manager, she didn't follow through with promised reduction of rent due to losses. I will never use a Uhaul storage facility again, and will definitely discourage others from doing so.

caleb BThey do need to fix the access code issue. You can't get in and they lack proper staffing to assist when there is an issue. Will is an amazing worker though. He should be the manager. I am still waiting for my access code to be corrected. I think the location would perform better if they had the proper staff to assist everyone.

LISA DThis is the 2nd time we have rented a uhaul for our business from this location and had damage from water leaks on the cab overhang. The first time the owner/manager submitted a claim for us so the claim # wasn't linked to my email it was linked to hers and I never got the info other than a claim # and was told to call uhaul to give them info on the damages. When I sat on hold for over 3 hours I finally got through to someone who told me the claim had been closed so nothing was reimbursed for damaged items. I won't be filing a claim again for the 2 items damaged this time since it's useless to do so.

Denise B | First ImpressionsOn today, June 4 2023 I went to move more things into storage and the elevator was out of service. I do know things happen that are out of your control, but it was very hard carrying my belongings up the stairs as well as the long walk to my unit. So my suggestion is to have trolly’s on the second floor as well for when incidents like that happen to accommodate your customers. If I’m paying over $150 a month for a storage I shouldn’t have to tug my belongings upstairs by hand and walk a long hallway. Other than that, I have no complaints. Thank you

I should not have to call every day only for this to not get addressed. My past experiences with this location have been great, and I am a good return customer, but this experience has me rethinking my opinion of this business. This needs to be fixed, without me having to spend a lot of time calling about it, it is wasting my time and I do not appreciate that.

When we show up with all of our stuff after a multi state move they say they haven’t had availability at that location in months and were not sure why online keeps allowing people to make the reservations. They also noted that they noticed it the day before but never called us to tell us which caused us to lose two hours of our day driving there and dealing with it. When they moved us to a move expensive unit, there was a giant bubble of water in the ceiling held up by plastic causing us to have to refuse the unit and go somewhere else.
