Miracle S | Overall ExperienceLocation was nearly an hour drive. UHaul needs to make more equipment available for one way use, the same equipment was available 5-10 min away but was restricted to round trip use. Very inconvenient!

Christopher LBoth locations I went to were both great however, the U-Haul customer service is fucking trash!!! They called me multiple times prior to reaching my destination and then called me again a day prior to my extension!!! Whoever hires U-Haul customer service needs to reevaluate its employees because I enjoy moving with U-Haul but the customer service needs to be changed! Thank you.

Lauren SMy storage unit must have gotten water in it l say that because my couches had gotten mold on them and a few bags of clothes and my grandbabies stroller and walker was mold so l recommend not to rent out storage 385 l never had any problem with U-Haul and l will continue to do business with you

XIOMARA HIn the past, if a sign was in the window. It was already removed, and the agent would start the vehicle so it could be warming up as we check the signals and brake lights. I had to remove the sign out of the window and ask him to check the brake lights and signal to make sure it was working. To be fair he was very busy, and he was by himself.
