Overall ok but I was 60 miles from U-Haul on check out day at 8:40o m. Asked if I could pick up in the morning without additional charge or charge for one day. She said no! It would be a the entire month. No grace period. I even took the trailer out to river a week and you don’t credit me for that. I call that not customer service. The actual person was not in wickenburg that I spoke to. It was corporate.

Jon JI contacted customer service numerous times before dropping off the trailer that it was okay to drop it off at the scenic loop address in wickenberg. My app shows the wickenberg address. And I called uhaul customer support and spoke with multiple people who apparently cannot do their jobs. Because I am getting charged a $327 wrong drop off fee. When I clearly was able to drop it off at that location.

erin a | Overall ExperienceI responded with “no” to clean and well maintained because after approximately 10 hours of driving, the bearings seized up causing one of the tires to blow. Now I don’t know if that’s a preventable problem or if that’s just how you know the bearings have went bad. Customer Service was amazing as was the tow truck driver/repairman’s work!!

Laureen C | Overall ExperienceThe equipment was clean, my only concern was that when i tilted the steering wheel and started to drive the key dropped from the ignition after awhile, although it didn't stop for me to drive. I had to stop and tilt the steering back to its original position to be able to enter the key back. As long as I left the steering at the upper position, the truck performed well. I did advise the agent when I brought the truck back, and he took my concern in-hands, I am pretty sure he will take care of it. Else everything was good.

Robert TWhen I brought back the trailer at location U-Haul hwy 93 Wickenburg Az they would not refund my money even though I brought back a day earlier. So I payed for three days and brought it back in two. Every one who rents from u-hail better ask apparently what you are paying for they say it’s a flat rate. Make sure you ask.

After my stay, and having cleared out all my belongings, there was not a single rodent, spider, cobweb, scorpion or ant to be found, nor any evidence of them. Also, there was very little dust. After 2 years, and being in the Arizona desert, I was pleasantly surprised by this. Very pleased with everything else about this U-Haul Center as well.

Multiple times (5) the electricity went out on my row resulting in my batteries not being able to charge and because of safety features the batteries completely discharged. The ground was constantly in disrepair and had deep ruts. Also the gate did not function properly with either the remote or manual code. One time I went back to the office and was informed I did not know my code. ??? The code I was given was unknow to me. Must have been changed at the office.

They charged me for a new month on the 25th I moved out the 28th they didn’t pro rate the rest of the month, so I paid $106 dollars for 3days. This was after they canceled the rental truck I reserved a couple weeks earlier. They did contact me 48 hours before I picked up and said I could pickup in Scottsdale 75 miles away. They didn’t call back 24 hours, so 23 hours before I called the Scottsdale store gave them my confirmation number, they had nothing in there computer for that reservation. I then called the number that changed my pickup to Scottsdale, they said there wasn’t anything in the state of Arizona. I asked why they didn’t contact me, of course they said I was next on the list. After all of this I will never recommend anyone to U-haul. I had the worst customer service the last 48 hours that I had to deal with. Just to let you know I disputed the credit card charge.

He tried to charge me a $200 disposal fee for items that I donated after I was told I could for free. He informed me of this fee by calling my phone and leaving a voicemail which was very aggressive and completely unprofessional. If individuals like this are the standard for U-Haul I will not be renting from them again. He needs to be gone, yesterday.

The call center people were great. I had many changes as we went through the process and each person listed to what I needed and successfully executed what needed to be done. Because of her excellent customer service and the beautiful and safe property we ended up renting an additional climate control unit and a 40ft parking space. We then canceled a reservation for a storage unit at a competitor's location. She clearly takes great ownership in her work and everyone keeps the place spotless. We were very impressed!
