Lots of people just left things lay in the aisle and that was the only issue . Not your fault but people are rude.

How upset we were.

Reading accommodations were made in Tampa, however Reading staff has been available and helpful anytime I need it. Payment as easy. If I need you, I will use you again!

The only I convince is the steps to the upper unit if you have heavy objects they are difficult. You will need at least an extra person to carry them up with you as there is no elevators or ramps to bring them up

Beth M | Overall ExperienceI would say great experience, but lady in N 5th st store, seemed kind of angry at us because i left the lock on the storage by accident & emptied it out without notice beforehand, I had 2 strokes in Jan & Feb of this year & don't always know what I say might be wrong, but I felt like she was kind of angry towards me because i forgot that the lock was mine now..i had to go remove lock & let someone else know i had emptied the unit out before i left..I guess i dint read or remember that part from the paperwork..or if she told me..i had forgotten that part .I apologize..i don't feel she was friendly ..even if she had a bad day , she could've faked being nice.

When you return a call the just answer and then immediately either hang up or put you into hold for over 25 minutes or until you hang up. They never actually talk to you.

I explained to them that my phone number was new and who ever had the number before me was who they wanted. They still continued to call me for unpaid rent for 7 months! The staff would not take my number off the account. I even called the customer service number to complain and they still called. I will NEVER use any U-Haul service due to the uncooperative staff. And by the way my name is Don, NOT Milton S. So stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

Jannette I | First ImpressionsEverything worked out well for me as I actually downsized from a 2-unit storage (10'x20') to a 1-unit storage (10'x10'). I didn't really move-out at all; just cancelled my old contract and started a new contract.
Greg T | Overall ExperienceIt was hard to ask to change from a 2-unit storage down to a 1-unit storage in the office. I had to rephrase my request to cancel out both the 2 units and then restart a new contract with the remaining unit. It was the only way to keep the one unit without moving to another unit as it becomes available at a later date. I was successful to ask for exactly what I aimed for, but it took some time. I've been very happy with the storage facility since 10/17/19 and I am happy that I can continue to use only 1 unit going forward. Thumbs up!

Lucky for me I can handle it, but if it was more I would not be happy. I had some books and paper eaten up oh well. People where nice, and when I was not able to get in to the unit the person was nice who help me.
