When we arrived at our location we found out our reservation had been changed without our knowledge and our drop off for truck and trailer was on Thursday. Cutting our time with the equipment by two days. Did I just pay for a weeks worth of reservation to get cut by two days but there was no refund? Pissed again at the lack of communication from U-Haul.

My wife followed me and said that the left brake light was also not working. This was at 13:30 hours and the vehicles on the lot had not been checked before sending them out.

Alan SwinkelsUhaul stores in toledo and salem were great, they were helpful and kind when the website, customer service line, and app were misleading and confusing. The amount if times I heard "this shouldn't have happened" and "this isn't supposed to happen" throughout my ubox experience was quite disconcerting. While my container arrived only one day late, while coordinating a cross country move one day is a bit if a big deal which uhaul didn't seem to be prepared to handle. While my experience was not awesome this service was still what I feel was the best option, I just wish uhaul was prepared to help customers when things don't go perfectly. Please train your service reps to navigate the ubox system PLEASE create some system of tracking or accountability While boxes are with the shipping companies that uhaul reps can access(it is really difficult as a consumer to be in the dark for 20 days about where everything you own js) Please do not allow shipments to be scheduled on Sundays when no one from uhaul is willing or able to help customers.

We were supposed to have one large room and it was unavailable due to someone not moving out on time. So then we get transferred to two smaller rooms across the storage facility from each other. The second room that was “vacant” was still full of someone else’s garbage so then we were transferred again to a third unit. All the while, our whole unload crew is following the worker around the facility trying to figure out which room we are actually unloading into. We were supposed to get our first month free for our one room... now we are left paying much more next month for two rooms when we were only supposed to have one in the first place. Terrible organization and keeping track of which rooms were vacant/in use. We made our reservation a month ago so it wasn’t even last-minute. We would have chosen another storage facility if we knew about what a hassle this one would be. I will not be recommending :(

I had no way to speak with you guys since my husband who should have been taken off was still as the first person to contact. I appreciate having to go above your head to get things done but I dont see why I had to in the first place. My mother in law was put in the hospital and you had no sympathy for the fact I was 300 miles from you and HAD NO WAY to come to you. I had you contact my sister after I told you not to.... I had no way to do anything and I am very happy I have nothing to do with your company. In the future I will NOT use and will not recommend UHAUL for anything.

Luckily on our first trip I grabbed the managers business card and was able to get assistance via email to her. Your APP for reservations and payment is really good

I tried again. This time it asked for a alternate number and no matter what I entered, with hyphen or withou...several different numbers, it would not advance and finalize. It did accept the money. THEN after 3 attempts to call and get help (again, point blank, i cannot help...referred to same numer and menu)...waiting again. 3 person really heard me and tried to help...then suddenly disconnected. Had to wait till next day to sign up and unload. Had to miss work.
