The staff at U-Haul 4627 Bardstown Rd. 40218 was Great! Ms Mariah Walker went out of her way to accommodate me with getting my storage unit . She was Awesome ! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took me an hour to complete the move out process over the phone with a person at a different location because no one works at this one.

When I rented a unit, I had trouble opening the door and no one was there to help even though it was during regular hours. On the day I moved out, no one was there and I was unable to return my remote during regular hours. I was also unable to complete the move out process in person because no one was there. When I attempted to complete the move out process online, I Haul tried to charge me for an extra month. You shouldn’t post office hours if no one actually works there. Trying to complete the move out process was a huge inconvenience when it should have been simple.

STACEY E | First ImpressionsHorrible experiences made reservations they were in the system incorrect and two reservations Not one. Everything was messed up from speaking with Uhaul for 2 wks. Miscommunicationall of this was the Louisville Kentucky locations. I was dissatisfied with the service rendered as well as speaking with Gen. Mgr. Diana who informed me that All was well and if there were any issues to let her know. I told her that I would be calling her back if there were any problems she said please do so well it started with her where the ball was dropped. I also spoke with a Ricardo in the call center at about midnight 1:00 in the morning Sunday and he informed me that the ball was dropped and he will be sending an email to General Manager Diana. This has been the worst experience ever with you all from the beginning when we picked up the truck in Jacksonville the truck was wrecked on the left hand side by the wheel so my driver had to put a tire zip on it in order to drive it. Also the trailer was not tested with the truck and therefore the blinker was out on the trailer right hand side. This was just one thing after the next they didn't have my reservation till Sunday. Then once the truck got in Louisville my mattress was soaking wet because it rained and there was a leak in the truck if it ain't one thing it's 99 I would really like to be compensated for all my troubles in fractions and inconveniences. I had trouble with my moving experience (truck rental) and when I thought I had booked my truck through a specific location turned out online connected me to third party. She was kind enough to hold my reservation for the next day knowing the trouble I had with my truck. She was also really nice showing me where my unit was at and was just so understanding and informative. I recommend anyone who wants it done right to see Mariah
