The Uhaul app ia the worst app ever, full of errors, slow, stops working halfway through the reservation process or the pickup process and the drop off process. I would not recommend this service or app to my enemy.

Edward GA more thorough inspection. While driving how 5 miles away I noticed a vibration. While loading truck something rolled under vehicle when I noticed an inner tire was disintegrated. They wouldn’t let me bring it back but fortunately I had bough the road side insurance. Was delayed about two hours getting on the road but the road side got truck up and running.

DONALD TThe pickup location was great. Uhaul offered me a 15% discount, saying they had a truck that needed to get back “home” to Houston! On the trip, the engine light came on intermitantly and I had to turn off the a/c. Upon reaching my drop-off destination I was told the old truck was on a 50 mile restriction due to its condition. I was not told the condition, (102,000 miles) and engine problems. Very lucky, I was not stranded. I am 77 yrs old and that could have been a disaster. If informed properly, I would have gladly continued with a normal rental at full price, but was informed about the truck’s condition!

Neil WThe guy at the counter was no accommodating. The address in the app took me to a place 1 mile short and I was way early and I told the guy that your app took me to a wrong address he kept saying well we close at 5 if you are not here by 5 we can’t dispatch. The cargo van had an air leak so every time I drove it made a huge whistling sound and the back door didn’t close properly you had to all slam it. When I returned the vehicle the guy said o yes the vehicle was in accident. Really and you still gave me the van? Didn’t care. Okay the passenger seat was filthy.
Emran STrying to bring truck back after hours was a challenge since the app was not working. I was able to reach a U-Haul agent who helped me but the ap was a no go!!
JOE CAt check out I was not given the chance to decline the insurance. When I received my invoice, the insurance was included. Even though I returned the equipment 18 hours early, I was charged for two complete days. Using the u-haul app, I was not able to reserve a motorcycle trailer which works best for me.

Why do you even sign an agreement if you change the terms after signing, We signed an agreement to pay 69 cents per mile that was on Thursday, but it was raining that day. I am one person moving a storage room, by myself. I am a senior 73 years old and for me almost doubling the mileage price to $1.09 because I had to move my pick up until Friday due to rain on Thursday. Rain makes the steel ramp wet and slippery so its treacherous for me. So now you add insult to your price gouging and offer me a survey. No I am not happy with U Haul.

I was over charged for a advertisement of $19 lowest prices and end up paying almost $300 for a truck that I didn’t even get to have for 24hrs. I’m sticking to Penske where your rental includes unlimited miles and 24 hr. U-Haul is a scam and hustle business. Not recommended at all unless using locally within 20 miles total.

From the beginning I have always received the best customer service from this amazing couple. Let me start by saying how polite and courteous Mr. and Mrs. Burke really and truly are. I had reserved a UHAUL truck back in 2020 and despite the mixup and error on my reservation, they delivered. Now I can’t say that anyone else or any other location would have done the same, but the way they took care of it really speaks highly of the service they provide. I’ve gone in for multiple things as little as a single box to information about a storage unit and every time they welcome me with a friendly smile. They also make sure to take care of each and every customer that walks in through that door and treat them like a new. Next time you visit Mr. and Mrs. Claus, I mean Burke, make sure to greet them with a smile and respect, and they too will greet you with that 10x more. They are my favorite couple and I am very grateful for people like them.

Makes for an unpleasant experience every time I use the elevator. 2. Your dolly carts are in disrepair. They rattle and clank very loudly when moving which is made worse once inside the building and in the long hallways with metal walls/concrete floors.

The climate controlled area is cooled VERY well which is great for storing those items that required protection from the TX heat. The circumstances behind needing to move were not pleasant, but UHaul did everything in their power to make my experience with them as stress-less as possible. They were patient, kind, reasonable, and upfront--all of which I greatly appreciated. The rates for storage may seem higher, but I ultimately decided to go with them, because they do not nickel & dime you like some other places that might try to get you in the door with a lower rates, but then have numerous hidden fees. The unit is clean, climate controlled, very secure, and the perfect amount of space that I needed to house my belongings. I hope that I do not need to utilize their services frequently, but when I do and if I'm in the area, this will be where I take my business.
