No one ever called. Then I received an e-mail the day after I moved out that said I owed money for the next month. Could not get ahold of anyone at facility. Spoke to an 800 customer service rep that said she had no idea why it says that but I would not be charged.

However when I did need to speak to someone I was able to via phone and the communication through email was very proactive when U-Haul acquired the storage units from the previous owners. Move out was a breeze and everything in my storage was just as it was when I initially put my things in there. I had a climate control unit and saw no signs of pest once I moved out. No complaints

For a place that has to be accessed through a gate with a specific code, im not sure why it’s not accessible 24/7. For me specifically there would be things that I had in the storage unit that I would think about getting after I got off of work, and I wouldn’t be able to access it until the next day.
GRACE S. | Overall ExperienceSomeone(s) had gotten into my unit and stolen quite a bit of my things. UHaul had no way to assist with this since there were no cameras to show who did such. If anyone asks about getting a storage unit, I will let them know my experience and that they are risking losing some of their stuff by having it at that location. However, the facility was very clean and the staff were great. I did appreciate them. They were really professional and friendly.

There seems to be a lot of broken glass and screws, nails etc. in the parking lot near the units. I got a screw in my tire the last time I was there. Other than debris in the parking area, it’s usually clean. Normally a good experience!

Just make sure that you are aware that with inflation and the price is going up on everything like food and gas and ect, that the original rate you start with may go up in time also due to operating cost and how it may affect you if you are on a fixed income.
