Property in decline over past few years and frequent increases in rental fees prompted me to seek less expensive storage facility which I found.

However, not all of the reps with whom I conducted business with initially, warranted that score, because they were not friendly, and lacked good customer service skills. I was not acknowledged/greeted, when I entered the office. But I did to them what they neglected to do to me. I greeted them with a bright goodmorning and a smile. It had no effect on their demeanor anyway. Their score would below average and a "no" to question 4.

The guy that cleaned it was nice, fast, and he did a great job. Plus, I was compensated with a free month for the inconvenience.
