Shalonda L | First ImpressionsMy unit was fine up until the last two months. I went by to get something out and when I entered the facility the smell was unbelievable. It smelt like there was something dead in the facility. After speaking with a worker about the smell he informed me that the unit beside mine was the one putting off the smell. When I entered my unit there was black bugs flying everywhere. I just now moved all my belongings out because I cannot keep my personal belongings where bugs can infest my mattress and furniture and personal belongings. I am upset that after a month that there still was a bug issue as I removed my belongings. I also would like my mattress set replaced due to the fact I can not wash it to make sure it is cleaned for my brand new house.

RACHEL R | Overall ExperienceWhen a person is moving a significant amount of contents into or out of the facility there should be away to keep the door open rather than having someone stand there to keep opening it for moving company employees. If customers are going to use this facility as storage between homes it needs to accommodate major moves and the activity of the moving companies we have hired. Thank you for considering. Otherwise nice facility and good experience. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with your employees at times.

And they said they were going to talk to the manager so they can give me a call back and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and very unprofessional.
ivylisse s | Overall ExperienceThis storage facility was wonderful a year ago when it had a full time employee available for any issues that arose. She kept it clean and running smoothly. Since that time her manager switched her to another facility saying that this one was near full capacity and no longer need someone there on a regular basis. Now it is not unusual to come across litter and carts not returned to entry and there is no one to contact if you have any issues. I've left this facility due in great part to the employees not being present.

Stanley S | First ImpressionsDonna was always very helpful ! Great customer service. At the end we were wondering why some of the units were being left opened with stuff pulled out in the walkways. Also some cleanup of the outside unload/loading area, floors around the entrance, floor areas around the elevator (also in other floors) would be good to keep the place looking like a nice higher end storage facility. Also there was random stuff left in the elevator and at various places around entrance.

Easy to remove items in the truck because there's a place to back up to and to put the slide out on. It didn't take us long to get everything in. LOVE IT!!!

I had been batted back and forth on the phone for 2 hours having to call 5 times and getting a different customer service rep each time, to no avail. I was about ready to cancel everything and seek out another facility. So I decided to visit the location in person. Emily was there and apologized for the phones being down due to construction and that was why I kept being rerouted. Emily understood my problem and fixed it in 5 minutes and now I have a climate controlled unit i desired. Emily is exceptional

Only to have to pay late fees. We immediately moved out because of the lack of professionalism on your end. We moved into a new storage facility.

I found the website for U-haul to be very unfriendly. Thought my bill was paid this month only to find out it was not after being sent a late charge. Maybe next month I will have better luck.
