Matthew AAfter-hours drop-off process slightly confusing. There was no 1 sign summarizing process (ie, park truck here & drop keys there). Navigating large truck thru small, crowded parking lot to drop-off “lane” was difficult entering from 13 Mile, esp after looping around E side of bldg. Might be helpful if signs indicated Ryan is returns entrance? U-Haul App for return process was flakey uploading photos. Sign at returns lane only references using U-Haul web site. No reference to using U-Haul app.
David NThe process from check-in to dropping off the truck went seamless. Girl at the counter (pardon me for forgetting her name) was very sweet, friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth and couldn’t ask for better. Thank you! A+

GREGORY CWebsite info and reservations experience is unpleasant and thŕeatening and off-putting. Superior customer service in-store on day of service. Praise, pay, or promote that person (Ember?, Amber?) before they leave you for greener pastures.

Michelle P1. My vehicle was DIRTY at pickup, disgusting with dust and lint all over. Very underwhelming. Cargo space was filthy. At least do a wipe down? 2. U-Haul should warn first-time customers that the initial verification process may take hours. We were not informed that references would needed to be called at that moment to verify our account. Our pickup was at 7am however did not get the vehicle until close to 9:30. Our entire schedule was delayed because of this. 3. Our vehicle had service lights on the dashboard for entire rental, and I could not switch it out. Not the best experience for a first time renter. 4. At Pick-up, our vehicle did not have a full tank of gas which was an inconvenience for us. I would rent again if desperate for a vehicle but to retain me as a customer in the long-run I expect U-Haul to fix these issues if they truly care about customer satisfaction.

Daniel Fhow about providing a full tank of gas, or is it just your way to scam 3/4 of a tank of gas off your unknowing customers. it used to be bringing it back with a full tank of gas, now you have to be an expert at calculating gas mileage in an unknown truck with an unknown payload weight while estimating the distance of your trip properly.
Michael MI tried to use the phone app & it wasn't working. I went into the store & Joshua M. helped me. Very Nice! Explained everything to me, helped with all the ppwk & was very friendly! He actually made it a pleasure to do business with U-Haul. I would definitely request him next time I use UHaul! Thank you Joshua!

Robben Rmanager was very rude, reserved truck, truck was behind another truck and not ready to be rented, wipers were broken and box was frozen shut, asking the manager for any kind of help resulted in bad attitude from her, i will go elsewhere next time for better customer service

Still waiting on the three promises that I received last week for a call from a supervisor to tell me when and where I can pick up the trailer that I rented that uHaul had towed from the side of the interstate. Steven SCommunicating more effectively with the customer. I am still trying to figure out why I was charged $140 for a 4 hour rental that only took 3 hours. This is by far the worst UHAUL experience I have ever had in my life. First off, maybe try and Explain in detail the terms and conditions of the contract a little more thoroughly. Secondly, conveying to the customer what the cost of said goods and services are ahead of time. There is no reason a 3 hour Cargo van rental should cost $140
Eric SThe 15 foot truck we rented to make a major life change to deliver our home belongings 4 hours north was stressful due to an under inflated rear tire on the back passenger side. By the time we packed up and left for our new destination it was 2am. We had to find an air pump at a closed gas station in the dark but was unable to reach and attach the air hose to air the tire. I’m a mechanic so I could see why that tire wasn’t aired. The valve stem on the inner tire was reachable but not the outer tire. Also, my brand new driveway at our new home was ruined due to this truck having a transmission leak! Spots of transmission fluid are all over the driveway when I had to make several maneuvers to place the truck to unload. Not very happy to get a rental truck that was not only unsafe but we could have broke down on the highway in the middle of the night stranded. Very dissatisfied to have paid almost $500 for our move to end up dealing. With a poorly maintained truck with a Arizona license plate.

IFTEKHARUL RI was quoted $104 to have the truck two days and return to same location. It ended up costing over three hundred AGAIN. Plus this was the third time I've rented and suddenly they want an "emergency contact". I told the lady , no. I don't have one. She insisted I could not rent the truck without giving her someone's phone number. I do not appreciate having to provide uhaul with another person's name and number. I don't appreciate being forced to do it to rent a goddamn truck.

Bennett CThe truck was damaged, but it was clean. The fasten seat belt alarm was ringing the whole time, yes, I had the seat belt on. The staff did a good job with what they had. The female staff member was seated at the desk working on her phone with people in line. It appeared she was working on the uhaul app. I assume she was doing management functions but, it would have been better for her to do that in another location. When she was finished with whatever she was doing on the phone, she waited on me and did an excellent job. They were out of packing blankets, but, they were able to find some for me. I reserved the truck online, Good experience I had to change my rental date twice, it was easy to do, and I was very happy about that. I rented a uhaul without looking at others was because of the art work on the back of your trucks. Bed height on our truck vs their truck.
