Margaret MRented the 12 plastic boxes for 2 weeks as did not know how long would need them. At the time of rental the on site agent stated if returned on Monday he would refund me the unused week. Upon return of the 12 boxes on the following Monday afternoon as agreed upon at time off sale the onsite agent stated he would not provide refund for the unused week. Would never recommend this UHaul to anyone and will make it a point to tell everyone I know that they are an untrustworthy establishment.

Jason SI was supposed to pick up the truck at another location. I was called and told it would not get back in time and to go to different location for the truck. This costed me more on miles but the guy didn’t care about my opinion about this. The other location was 5 miles closer each direction for me but that didn’t matter to him. Obviously all about the money which wasn’t much but the principal of it disturbed me.

Allen RWe rented a u haul two weeks in advanced. Before we got to the location we got a phone call that our truck was not available and when we got upset all of a sudden a key was found in the lockbox. After the phone call when we arrived at the location some of the items that we had reserved for our move was not available. We reserved a utility dolly which was available, two furniture dollies and only one of those were available which was useless to us because we needed the other one as well. We also reserved 10 moving blankets which were unavailable. The guy at the counter stated that they were available that morning but he had given them out already. When you make reservations in advance for equipment it should be available for you on your moving day. They had blankets in the store but we were told they were for purchase only. Not sure what has happened to customer service but it sure wasn’t there.

femi kReplace "local" vehicle. It gets the job done, but has oil leak that smells awful while driving and drips all over driveway when parked. Also shakes and vibrates while loaded or empty.
