The female counter staff here really know how to serve customers. The young lady from Guyana was super professional and courteous, but went above and beyond when we couldn't get our unit back precisely on time by extending our rental by a few hours.

truck had bald summer tires, and I was overcharged $150 on gas even when I returned it exactly as it was given to me (only half full tank). After talking to a few uhaul representatives i have been repeatedly been told the Manager from this location would be following up but that they needed more time to investigate this, and yet I have NOT heard back from them.

Tom MayCab had content from previous driver and broken glass in the passenger seat. The windows did not show any breakage, so the glass had likely been there for some time. It drove like the parking brake was engaged, but I was assured everything was okay.

Cameron MCMILLANmain issue was with the trailer I reserved ...or thought I reserved. I wanted trailer with ramp and motorcycle wheel chock built in to front of trailer. U-haul pics on the web and at store show the trailer I reserved(5x9) as being the only open trailer with both these features; however, when i arrived to pick up trailer the trailer did not have the built in wheel chock and i was told that trailer was very rare to have one and most/all the trailers only had the ramp . I had to build a wheel chock to use in trailer which I did not plan for. If the wheel chock is not standard for that one trailer size then U-haul needs to change their advertisements and descriptions for this trailer! Very disappointed trailer was not as advertised and that I had to build something to use trailer that I did not plan for.

GREG MACTAVISHBad service, the truck smelt like smoke and I was lied to about the amount of gas I had when I picked up the truck. The low gas light came on 5 minutes after picking the truck up. Returned it with the same amount as when I picked it up (actual) but because it was lower than they told me I was charged an additional $75. I drove 50km. Gas is not that expensive

Karin GraburnThis was the third location given to me for picking up my truck. I picked one close to my house originally that was shown as open at the time I would get it. I got a phone call the day before saying they wouldn't be and I needed to go to another and pick my truck up through the app. I got there and got errors in the app as the location hadn't assigned equipment to me. I had to go through multiple customer services agents until I got sent to Blackfoot. There I got assigned a truck and got sent out to find it? I was not told what to do and was not given keys. Eventually I approached someone who then said that truck wasn't good and went inside to get me keys, but then came back out and said go inside, so I did where the clerk went running outside and came back and said no the original truck is fine and have me those keys. The inside was a little beat up but I just took it as I had been trying to get a truck for an hour now. I'd tell friends to go there cause at least you will get your vehicle but the service was not great like it had been in the past or at other locations I've been to. This rental was just a bit of a mess.

Scott AugustineDesk clerk and lot/truck attendants were all great, friendly, and efficient at their jobs. My one recommendation would be is not to leave the dolly and moving blankets in the truck for rent. We indicated at booking we didn’t need these as we had our own supplies and found that these items were in the way and limited our ability to fit in a few items. We thought we’d move them ourselves, but then noticed they were zip tied in which would likely mean we’d induce a charge.

jeff boycottI wish I could attach pictures the trailer was absolutely covered with mud road salt and just dirty all over. I don’t expect squeaky clean equipment but come on it takes less than a minute to pressure wash it before a customer picks it up.

In my opinion, it was unprofessional. The outside of the car was clean except for the rearview mirrors - which made driving difficult.
Volodymyr PetrovskyiIt was the worst uhaul experience after many years of using your services and Uhaul has lost a long time customer. I rented a truck and returned it within the right time. Due to a mistake that Uhaul made, I was charged 4 times what I should have been. To be clear, instead of $113, my credit card was charged $488! This was because the odometer reading was wrong on your end. After calling multiple times, and emailing photos, and agents checking previous renter's return odometer, I was issued a refund. However, the refund I got isn't the right amount. I'm still overpaying by about $35. I'm also charged for a dolly I never used. I called again to rectify this and was told the initial hold will be released back so I'll actually pay less than what I should have as a courtesy due to this whole nightmare. But that hasn't been done yet after 5 business days. My credit card has gone over its limit, my bank charged me an overlimit fee, and on top of all this, now my credit score has dropped because it looks like I went over my credit limit. This is so unacceptable for a company the size of Uhaul. I feel scammed and will never return to uhaul again. There are many companies that provide rental trucks. In all honesty, this situation should be reported to the BBB and uhaul should need to reimburse me the entire rental plus the overlimit fees I'm paying to my bank. It's going to take months for my credit to recover from this. On top of that, the engine light was on the entire time. The bare minimum should be to maintain your trucks. This was completely unacceptable and not what I expected from Uhaul. After 17 years, Uhaul has lost a loyal customer. All you had to do was charge the right amount, or at least, refund the correct amount after the mess you made.
