I rented a transporter. I checked the lighting after arriving hone after the rental and found out the turn signals, brake lights didn't work and tge tailights stayed on even after the car was shut off. Also the safety chain at the rear of the transporter was missing. If soneone wants to cobtact me my nimber is 727 403 4777

mario audetthe location was clean and had helpful staff. the vehicle had a mechanical issue from the service due to the oil filter not being put on tight and had a oil leak and dropped the oil in the engine to a really low level. Was able to get fixed before getting on the road and having a catastrophic failure.

BRADLEY WHITEI rented a car hauler trailer to pick up a vehicle and bring it back to town. Upon arrival, I found the two gentleman behind the counter very cordial and actually a joy to converse with. The trailer was in excellent condition and the man who hooked it up covered all the details. Upon return, I spoke to a lady who I believe was the manager and found her also very friendly. I told her how the whole experience of rental was very easy and that I would definitely recommend them to anyone who may be in need of a rental vehicle or trailer. Highly recommend.

John DuffyMimi your manager has the worst customer service along with all your customer service lines that has put experience and overcharges from other locations I’ve called and asked to fix from many other situations that not one person could get a high level supervisor to fix and contact my emails and multiple times I’ve had asked all departments to contact us which has not been solved and treated myself and mother which disrespect and not a care in the world to help. With blown engines for our business and over $10,000 plus spent with this company you have 3 locations that have severely affected our family business and waste of hours being transferred to not one person to get a higher up manager to go over all these problems and errors. Our customers are affected and I will continue to spend what little time I have to let everyone on social media and as many people I come across these issues until these issues are resolved and someone in corporate contacts us immediately

JOHN RICHARD CRARYGas tank was almost on “Empty”. Not sure if I was going to make it to gas station. Inside windshield was so dirty, when the sun hit it you could not see a thing. I had to wash at least half of the windshield to see. There was no dolley in the truck. Glad I decided to bring my own. Only good thing I can say is that it was a convenient location.

Terry CagwinFelipe was awesome. When I got there, the vehicle I had reserved had no keys a s the prior customer forgot to leave them. Felipe upgraded me to a 10' box truck at the same price. When I brought the truck back, the starter went out in my personal vehicle. Felipe tried jump starting it for me, then crawled under & tapped on the starter to see if we could get it going, all with a smile on his face!!. Unfortunately we couldn't so I called AAA to have it towed. Thank you Felipe, you were definitely a bright spot for me to a week with a lot of misfortune.
James DegenVery happy with the free storage and how the issue when the cargo van we were to rent didn't arrive and how Mimi arranged for us to get another at a different location. Somewhat disappointed with how the end of our moving day had us sitting around at a gas station waiting 3 hours for someone to see why the truck wouldn't start after filling up ready to return it.
barry scuttThe customer service rep didn't know how to use the computer system, and the whole procedure too way too long to rent the truck. The rep couldn't find the keys to the truck, and eventually gave me a different truck. It had a different fuel level and mileage, and if I didn't point that out, I would have been excessively charged for the rental. It was even worse returning it. I stayed on line inside with 4 other people, waiting for 15 minutes to return the truck, as the rep couldn't figure out the computer system and the other reps were helping him, or struggling on their own. After 15 minutes, he looked at me and said "Are you just returning the truck. Just toss me the keys and I'll e-mail you". I did this, but was worried that the receipt would show the wrong mileage used and gas level. Fortunately it didn't.
Alan LichtensteinThe agent speaks to customers and her employee as if she is expecting an argument. She was rude even when she was asked simple questions. I wanted to tell her that life is easier, when you are nice to people. I had to drive to another uhaul location to get a dolly.

barry scuttPicking up the truck was fine, but later picking up a tow dolly became a nightmare ultimately had to go to the Largo location hoping they had a tow dolly and fortunately they did. The staff st the Largo locstion were very professional and helpful!!
Dale WheelerI am a senior woman and this was my first time ever using u haul. Daryl booked my car trailer. Never told me it had to be local and returned at the same dealer. When I picked up my car trailer. I told the new guy in training. I was going to Zephyrhills and was not coming back. That was not noted in the system. Traffic was not called to let them know I was going one way with a car trailer. Then, after I had picked up my car trailer I find out was supposed to go online to YouTube and learn how to fasten my own car down as a senior with no strength and dexterity In my hands, there's no way a woman can tie down a car without help. It was closing time, On Tuesday, the 20th of February. 3 gentlemen were closing up and was very helpful. In helping time down my car. Their help was very appreciative. The manager came out yelling at them. And was not pleased that the 3 gentlemen had helped a senior woman tied down her vehicle a call. Those 3 working that night deserve a customer service award. Management needs a little more training With patients and communication skills. I was not told I had to order extra help just to tie down the car. Darrell did not set that up For me or mention it at time of booking. not happy with Darrell and management at the Seminole store. Both need to learn Detailed communication skills.
Kim LeahyTruck was clean, operated perfect and drove well. Most of all I was impressed with the ease of completing paper work, about 10 minutes, and price, 75% less than large box Store rental. Why go elsewhere. Drop off was simple, , pull into drop off area and turn in the keys and go. Thank you UHAUL!

Alexander BrickeyI found the employees to be very plesant. I do find the upselling without asking a bit annoying. - Insurance that is not needed. My car policy insures anything I tow. - extra $5.00 for using an extension wire so “ if you loose the trailer it doesn’t rip out your wiring.” I had plenty of wire length and I’ve trailered for over 60 years, who looses a trailer?!

mike PetysFelipe was my installer and did an excellent job. Friendly demeanor, nice neat job, quick turn around. Though the manager there is a different story; she complained where I parked in the front row, even though her team would be moving the car into the shop inside of 10 minutes. When I returned to pick the car up, I stood in the store for a lengthily amount of time with no shop personnel present. anybody could have come in the door and taken whatever they wanted. I suggest promoting Felipe to manager and allow the present one to pursue a career as a barista.

Mark KimberMy trailer was missing one of the 2 locking pins for the tailgate. I didn't notice until I stopped to load but I was able to use a large bolt to secure it. Other than that, the equipment was very well maintained
David LimbergerFor the manager Mimi to the newest employees you get nothing less than the best service, courtesy, and a sense of dedication that far exceeds most customer service businesses today. I feel at home every time I call or step foot in that Uhaul Center. Only recommendation I can give you is to keep things the way they are there and mirror their operations in other Centers.

Alberto DelgadoThe manager charged me for a cleaning fee because she claimed I smoked in the truck. I told he never smoked anything in my life , so she said I must’ve have had a passenger with that smoked. I only rented the truck for four hours and there were no passengers with me. I explained my side of the story to her face for 10 minutes and she still didn’t make the situation right. She never refunded my money, and just basically lost a customer over $25 fictitious charges. THOMAS MIRABALI picked up and returned in the trailer on Sunday. The trailer was not checked into the system until Thursday and then was charged those extra days. I had to call into the customer service line and they they were able to resolve.

jeanetta dickThe only complaint i had was when the vehicle's fuel sensor failed and caused the truck to stall. The U-Haul gentleman I spoke to was patient, kind and helpful. He called another location to see if they'd assist if i could get the truck there. We were able to leave the truck at the 66th Street U-Haul and be done. The truck was good size and it allowed us to get our full load from old apartment to new apartment. So all in all it was a good experience.
