Stuart SWrong size unit assigned to me, it wasn't big enough after I explained what sized UHaul truck I had. So, I had to relocate everything to a new unit for a higher price. I didn't make the mistake, but I'm still responsible I guess. The guys at the facility were awesome however. They did everything they could to help.

Robert CIf it weren’t for Chris’ customer service, I would never have used U-Haul again. Prior to my experience in Yuma I would have said I was proud of U-Haul being an AZ company. My experience in Yuma was so bad, I would not recommend others using U-Haul.

Building NEW AND WELL LIT ANDLOTS OF DOLLIES AND EASY UNLOAD AREAS..BUT THE ACCESS AND SECURITY PROCEDURES..COMPLICATED AND CONFUSING HAVE TO HO BY Facility TO GET BETTER INSTRUCTIONS TO ENTER. ITS HOLDING UP THE MOVE IN. I APPRECIATE THE FREE LOCK FOR UNIT DOOR A REAL PLUS WHEN STORING. THX FOR THE IMPROVEMENT UHAUL.

Amanda in particular provided stellar customer service. Uhaul and customers would be well served by putting her an upper management position.
Glenn MCar transport had brakes that grabbed and released when going down a slight grade. This would jerk my tow vehicle violently and I was very worried the brakes would permanently grab.
