English will follow 1-J’avais préalablement remplis avec photos de mon permis de conduire via l’application mes informations. Le commis m’a laissé savoir qu’il devait valider à nouveau une fois en succursale? 2- Sur la page web U-Haul on mentionne rabais militaire/veteran, à titre de vétéran je n’ai rien reçu ou même le commis a mentionné on fait rien de cela ici. J’utilise U-Haul depuis bien des années et rien ne m’a été proposé. 1-I had previously filled out my information with photos of my driving license via the application. The clerk let me know that he had to validate again once in the branch? 2- On the U-Haul web page it mentions military/veteran discounts, as a veteran I did not receive anything or even the clerk mentioned we do none of that here. Si j'étais passé 15 minutes plus tôt, je suis certain que ça aurait été encore mieux. Largement au dessus de la moyenne comparé à d'autres établissements U-Haul.

SCOTT DI was not able to make a reservation on line I tried 3-4 times At the end I thought it was done When I went to rake the truck The guy said I did not have a reservation I was surprised But I knew exactly what I wanted ! I was fast to do another one. It was a slow day W hat about a very busy week ? Thanks P
Pierre MYou have to bring with you your own snow brush, and your own lock -cadenas- to close the back door if it is a 10’ truck. I had a bad experience with u haul before with a bad maintained van. The battery emptied while parked and the hook couldn’t open. We wasted lot of time and finally the van had to be tooled. That happened in u-haul st Jacques. However we got excellent help from the company by phone to solve our problem at that time.
eduardo pThe customer service was truly excellent. However, the equipment provided was not safe. The tires were completely finished/not secure at all and one of them blew out on the road, leaving me stranded too far for roadside assistance. I did 2000km with a trailer, I expected to have safe tires. I'm lucky the tire just blew and nothing else happened, it could have been extremely dangerous, especially with the weather temperatures. This is unacceptable, people's safety is not a game.

Marc LI had opted for mobile pick-up and it didn,t. I had to call your customer support line and ended up checking in at the counter when the branch opened. Even though it was annoying to not be able to do mobile pick up, everyone I spoke to, whether it was over the phone or in person, was very kind, patient, and helpful. I appreciate the support I received.

Nabila AFirst your so never worked so I had to use the website. Fortunately, it's super easy to rent a truck there. But when you arrive and want complete the check-in, it's super difficult to find, it take 15 minutes to do and when you submit the form, it just doesn't work. Then I have to go outside and there is a line because the location is not staffed properly. At least the person at the counter was nice. 33minutes into my reservation... I leave, do my things, brakes are not tight enough for this truck. Now 6pm it -4° with strong winds, I want to return the truck... Park the truck... the parking is covered in ice and it's dangerous. Use the website and start the return process, 20 minutes later the app fails and never confirms the return. Want to start the process again but now the app doesn't show my rental?!? So I guess it returned itself??? So I put the keys in the box. Like I used to rent uhaul for the simplicity of rentin

Django AWe had a problem since the employee did not show up at the beginning of the day; We (me and another client) had to wait for about 45 minutes outside the office.... fortunately the other office on the Montreal Toronto road gave us what we needed (even if we did not have a reservation at that location) later on the manager on St-Jacques gave me a credit for the inconvenience... Great to see .... and thanks to her

jean fI waited 30minutes for somebody to register. The person was in the bathroom and we he came back he made me feel bad for rushing him???? I only asked when would i be serve to one of his colleague. When giving the truck back he went on a power trip for parking the truck and was extremely rude. I rented u haul a this place over 10 times and I am very disappointed about my experience. I would like to be contacted and receive a refund. Thank you

Jiecheng CI booked a truck a couple of days ahead. However on the day of pickup, the app did not work and there was no one to respond. Also, there was no one to support online or on the phone. So, after 2 hours and paying 200 dollars extra to the worker, finally I booked another one.
SEYED AMy experience with U-Haul was very satisfactory, the staff had been very respectful and helpful. I would certainly recommend U-Haul storage to anyone.

Sahil Smy storage door was broken for months and was never fixed…. the employees said they had escalated the case to the person that needed to fix it and never got a response … I could never lift it myself so i always had to bring someone with me
JODY K | Overall ExperienceInstead of adding the mileage charges on the checkout page, you should have those listed under the vehicle rental charges itself. Going to the checkout page and then realising that we would be required to pay more for the mileage is just not good experience for a new customer.
Nikhil BIssues with tires being not great in snow. Guy did recommend the “stuck in snow” coverage which we took and needed. So that was appreciated.
Tiana MExcellent service, great location, locker easily accessible. My only negative comment is a few items (upholstered chair, blankets) were in terrible condition as they were completely covered in rat poop, obviously ruining them. If not for that, would have been 5 stars

J'ai réservé un entrepôt 7pi x 14pi il y a 5 semaines et j'ai obtenu confirmation. Le jour d'emménager, on me dit que tout ce qu'il reste est un 5pi x 5pi. Il n'y a même pas la moitié de mes choses qui peut fitter à l'intérieur et ça me met évidemment dans le trouble. On ne m'a offert aucun autre dédommagement autre que de mettre mon nom sur une liste au cas où quelque chose se libérerait éventuellement...

Rental Process is cumbersome and too long especially if one's movers are waiting for the registration to be completed since the movers are being paid by the hour. This is not the fault of the staff but of the procedure. Perhaps most of the information can be gathered during reservation. (Booking)

It was absolutely not sufficient and when I inquired about renting another space i was told there were none available. As it is we have had to split the apartment storage which is not the best solution! The staff knowing this problem did not suggest any other solutions, offer to call up other locations for us, or make any accommodations. In addition the sign in procedure is very strange, using one keypad to log in and then another to open the door to the rental spaces. I'm not sure I could manage that trick again and it didn't even work the first time I tried it.
