Keep doing what they are doing. They remembered me from past rentals. Saved the day when I returned from a family emergency and did have a reservation. Let me extened without issues when the contractor was not finished on time. Great location I rent from them whenever I need a truck, and get my propane there aswell.

The truck was mostly clean. When driving it I found it shook a lot probably needing a tire alignment or something to help the ride be a tad bit smoother. I know it is a truck, but to prevent accidents when driving on a highway it may be prudent to get that checked.

I use to many location but definitely they need take class with the manager in this location he have the best team . I drive 30 minutes for his location only for the good service I have one in 7 minutes but always dirty cars and .

Staff at UHaul in Clearwater were both friendly and efficient. The equipment was clean and comfortable. This is the second time recently that I have rented UHal trucks and both times the equipment was almost new. I am very impressed.

I did encounter a bad vibration from the trailer. Need to check the balance of the wheel/tires. Normally a local rental would have been fine but my rental was from Florida to New York State, so the vibration was very annoying.

I rented a "pod" storage unit. The staff just hooked it to my vehicle and no attempt to explain how the unit worked, especially the ramp lowering and raising procedure.
