Anka Perezinstruct your employees that the trailer needs to be "almost" level after hooking it up. i bought a ball and hitch from the dealer for the journey from El Paso to Denver, and the trailer was connected much too far out of level. i pointed it out to the attendant before i departed the El Paso dealer and his response was "if the person at the desk measured the height of the truck bumper above grade then what they rented/sold to me was correct." i should have demanded that they change the ball and hitch and re-connect--but i was short of time.

Tabatha pushed her skinny little weight around and doesn’t ask but demands for customer to do as she says . Threatened to charge me an after hours drop off fee during store hours made me wait as if I was at her mercy of the dreaded fee. Give me a break . I hate coming here . I’m sure I’m not the only one . ENRIQUE LAZCANOThis is a living nightmare! Bonio is an excellent manager, none, I repeat none of this is his responsibility. Giselle has brought the hammer down as not to expose her poor people, management and overall customer satisfaction is so poor, she owes the IRS. I will change all reviews to reflect the nightmare associated with ujaul. Give me my stuff back. I never authorized the move, I didn't pay for it. I wasn't even aware that all 6 of the unoxed were moved from El Paso to Fort Worth. Unoxed are a disaster area.

The staff is amazing, the manager, Mr. Benito, is super helpful, they are always flexible and they have an amazing customer service. And the a great lid, it’s that they have the easiest way to return your equipment after hours. Thank you, Mr. Benito, and say thank you to all your staff.
Rogelio VillalobosI went in early, my appointment was at 8:00 I was there at 7:45, the response was we are under staffed we will get to you as soon as posible, (there were at least 6 other persons that were attended before me, it was not until 9:30 that they decided to start with my car. (as a side note, at least 4 of the persons that were there before me made a comment, "this is not a great place the only reason i come back is because its close by"). I ended having to cancel a family reunion because of this situation.

Rafael BalliFaster when you reserve and pay in the app. It saves a lot of time and you can pre-purchase supplies and everything will be ready for pickup. Still takes awhile at the counter to sign and prepay the rental. However, think if you pay the rental fee, upload DL and fill a questionnaire it would save 30mins. Just validate the driver of the rental and pick up keys and happy trails. Just a suggestion

Jose Antonio Peral RodriguezI use U Haul for my self & business, and it has been an invaluable tool. I have a suggestion, although informative, the sign with instructions to drop off was off to the left and a bit small. Therefore, It would seem more practical to have the instructions right on the garage door itself. It could say something like: "PARK HERE-----PLEASE, TAKE A PICTURE OF THE QR CODE-----SIGN IN & FOLLOW THE STEPS----DROP OFF KEY IN HERE----- MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS-----THANK YOU & CALL US AGAIN!" I would use large arrows and big letters. Don't get me wrong, what you have is great, but after a long trip everyone is a bit cranky and groggy!

Daniel HolianThe installation took longer than expected and I did not get the hitch I was expecting. In the pictures I got from UHAULs website it looks like the hitch is tubed and has a slight drop like the one that should’ve went through the bumper for a normal location. The one I got goes under the exhaust and isn’t very far from the ground.
GARY SHACKELFORDI booked a 10' box truck at 8:00am. I got there at 8:00am. I was told that I would not get a 10' box truck until noon, even though there were, at that moment five 10' box trucks on site. The teller told me that other people had reserved them. I told her that I too had reserved it. I ended up having to settle with a cargo van as I did not have time to sit and wait to get my move done. When I returned the van, there were still four 10' box trucks sitting in the parking lot. I will still have to now rent another vehicle because not everything fit into the cargo van, which is going to cost me two more days of my time.

Paying $10 more per month to have a lower level unit was silly. $45 a month is too much for such a small unit, I don’t see the value or cost savings there. It served it’s purpose which was me storing someone else’s items and now I no longer need it.
